SSC MTS Application Form 2024: How to Apply Online

The Commission activated the SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 apply online link with the release of official notification. The SSC MTS 2024 Notification was released on June 27, 2024. The last date to apply for the exam is August 3 now. The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the SSC MTS online applications on June 26, 2025, with the release of official notification. The Commission will provide 30 days to fill out the SSC MTS 2025 online applications.

Earlier, the Commission mentioned the date January 1 as the cutoff date to calculate the age of the candidates but it was changed in the 2023 notification to August 1 of the exam year. 

Yes, as per the SSC MTS notification, the candidates must have passed the Matriculation exam. If the candidate fulfils other eligibility conditions, they can fill the SSC MTS application. The intermediate is a higher qualification for SSC MTS exam and the Commission do not bar such candidates. Even the graudates apply for the SSC MTS exam.

The SSC KKR has released the SSC MTS application status on September 17, 2024. The SSC MTS application status is typically released around 20 days before the start date of the exam. The educational qualification required to apply for the SSC MTS 2024 exam is Matriculation only. The candidates who have passed the Class Xth can apply for the exam. The candidates appearing in Class X can also apply for the exam but they need to provide their Class X pass Certificate during the document verification process having date prior to the last date of application. Beside that, the candidates must have attained 18 years of age.

The Commission also added the Havaldar posts in the official SSC MTS notification making it SSC MTS and Havaldar examination. The education qualification required for the Havaldar post is matriculation only.

Yes, candidates must be Indian citizens to be eligible for SSC MTS. Additionally, candidates of other nationalities (e.g., Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, etc.) may be eligible under certain conditions, as specified in the official notification.

SSC MTS exam is conducted online only as the Computer-Based Exam (CBE). The Commission conducts the SCS MTS exam every year to recruit candidates for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). The Commission does not mention any limit to the number of attempts. The candidates can appear for the exam any number of times till they fulfil the age criteria. The Commission also provide age relaxation to the reserved category candidates.
