Manipal University offers MBBS course for a duration of five and a half years. This course is taught via the three colleges affiliated to Manipal University. Candidates can get admission to MBBS in the following colleges and the final degree will be rewarded by Manipal University:

Manipal University offers a full-time MBBS course via KMC Mangalore based on NEET UG scores followed by Karnataka NEET UG counselling. However, candidates must be eligible to take the NEET UG exam and have the eligibility criteria to appear for the exam.

Manipal University offers BTech course via Manipal Institute of Technology. In order to get admission to a four-year BTech course at Manipal Institute of Technology, the first step is to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates who passed Class 12 in the Science stream are eligible to apply for this course. Manipal BTech admissions are completely entrance-based. The Manipal University conducts Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for the selection of eligible candidates for its UG & PG courses. It's mandatory for candidates to qualify for MET with a valid score. Further, the selected students are allocated seats through a counselling process. 

The total fees for BA courses at Manipal Academy of Higher Education include multiple components such as tuition fees, application fees, hostel fees, etc. The fee structure for BA courses for NRI and international students is different. The total tuition fees for BA courses at Manipal Academy of Higher Education for Indian students ranges from INR 1.5 lakh to INR 12 lakh.
