Global Integration: India's Legal Market Opens Up, Fueling Demand for International Law Proficiency
Prof Balakista Reddy, Dean of School of Law at Mahindra University shares his thoughts on opening of India's Legal Market for foreign law firms and how it will fuel the demand for International Law Proficiency and create opportunities for Indian law graduates. CLAT 2024 will be held on December 3, 2023, for admissions to the LL.B. and LL.M. programmes commencing in the Academic Year 2024-25 at participating universities.
Prof. Reddy is an acclaimed academician, and a seasoned professional with opulent academic & administrative experience. Before joining us, he was Professor of International Law at Nalsar, Hyderabad. He is the Director of the Centre for Aerospace and Defence Laws (CADL), Centre for Tribal and Land Rights (CTLR), and an LL.M Course Coordinator of International Trade and Business Laws (ITBL), Nalsar, Hyderabad.
He obtained his LL.M in International Law from Osmania University and M.Phil. and Ph.D. in International Air and Space Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
