- LLB (General & SEBC): 45% in qualifying exam.
- LLB (SC/ST): 40% in qualifying exam.

- Nativity: Only Indian citizens can appear for KLEE.

The KLEE 2025 exam will be conducted separately for the 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB, and LLM programs.
The KLEE 2025 exams for the 5-year and 3-year LLB programs will be conducted tentatively in the 4th week of May 2025, while the entrance exam for the LLM program will be conducted in sometime around the 1st week of May 2025.
The entrance exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode. The question papers for all three courses will include 200 objective-type questions and the test will be of 2 hours in duration.
