Q:   What is the mode of filling the MH CET Law application form?

A:

The MH CET Law application form is typically filled out online through the official website of the conducting authority. Applicants need to visit the official website, create an account if required, and then access the application form. The form is designed for easy digital input, allowing candidates to provide their personal, academic, and contact information. Required documents such as scanned photographs, signatures, educational certificates, and identification proofs are uploaded as per the given specifications. The online mode ensures convenience and accessibility, enabling candidates to fill out the form from their homes or any location with internet access. Online submission also minimizes the need for physical paperwork and facilitates efficient processing. However, candidates must ensure accurate information entry and timely submission within the specified deadline to successfully complete the application process for MH CET Law.

Q:   How much is the MH CET Law 2025 application fee?

A:

The application fee for MH CET Law varies depending on factors such as the category of the applicant and the number of papers they are applying for. Typically, the fee is different for candidates belonging to the General/Open category, Reserved category (like SC/ST/OBC), and Persons with Disability (PwD) category.

MH CET Law 2025 application fee, for the 5-year LL.B. program, the application fee for General/Open category/Outside Maharashtra candidates will range from around INR 800 to INR 1000, while for Maharashtra candidates, it will usually lower, around INR 600 to INR 800. For the 3-year LL.B. program, the fee structure will be similar.

It's important to note that these figures are based on historical data and might have changed in subsequent years. Always refer to the official MH CET Law notification or the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra's official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the application fee.

Q:   Can I fill more than one application form for MH CET Law?

A:

In most cases, candidates are advised against filling out multiple application forms for MH CET Law. The conducting authority usually allows candidates to submit only one application form per examination cycle. Submitting multiple forms can lead to confusion and administrative issues. If allowed, the latest submitted form may be considered, while the others might be invalidated. It's crucial to thoroughly review the information before submitting the form and ensure that all details are accurate and complete. In case of errors or changes needed after submission, some authorities offer correction windows, but this is not guaranteed. To avoid unnecessary complications, candidates should focus on providing accurate information in their initial application and refrain from submitting multiple forms. It's recommended to carefully follow the instructions provided by the conducting authority and seek clarifications if needed.

If you have a valid and urgent reason for requesting a change in your exam center, you may contact the exam authorities or the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell). However, such requests are often considered only in exceptional cases, and approval is at their discretion. Valid reasons might include a medical emergency or a situation beyond your control.

To explore the possibility of changing your exam center, you should reach out to the official MH CET Law authorities as early as possible and provide all necessary documentation and reasons for your request. Keep in mind that approval is not guaranteed, so it's best to select your preferred exam center carefully during the application process to avoid any complications.
