- PG level: For admission in LLB (3 years) course, aspirants need to graduate from a recognised university. Also, for admission in the LLM course candidates need to possess an LLB or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- PhD level: The candidate must have passed post-graduation in Law in regular mode from a recognised university.
