KLEE Application Form 2025 - The Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) will tentatively release the KLEE 2025 application form for 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses in July 2025 on the official CEE Kerala Portal - cee.kerala.gov.in. 

Candidates who meet the KLEE eligibility criteria 2025 for their respective programmes will have to duly fill out the KLEE application form 2025, upload documents, pay the application fee, and submit it before the last date. The KLEE 2025 for 5-year LLB, 3-year LLBLLM will be held separtely. The entrance tests for these courses are likely to be held in August 2025.

KLEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for KLEE 2025 candidates should first check their eligibility. If they are not eligible then their candidature will be canceled at the time of admission / KLEE counseling and the application fee will not be refunded.

How to Fill KLEE Application Form 2025

To fill out the KLEE application form online, candidates have to make sure that they complete all the steps. The steps to apply must be carefully understood. The step-wise process to apply for KLEE 2025 is as explained below:

Step 1: Registration

To register for KLEE, candidates have to provide the necessary basic data and create a strong password. Once the registration is done, candidates are issued an application number. The password and the application number are to be kept safe and candidates have to use them to login into their KLEE account.

Password creation: The password must have a minimum length of 8 characters, minimum of one alphabet character [a-z or A-Z], minimum of one number (0-9), and a minimum of one symbol [! @ # $ % ^ & *].

Step 2: Fill out the application form

Next, candidates need to log in to the official website of CEE Kerala by entering the application number provided to them as well as filling in the password created by them in the previous step. Thereafter, candidates need to provide their educational, personal, and contact details.

Step 3: Pay the application fee

Two payment methods are available for remitting the application fee.

  • Online Payment
  • e-Challan (offline payment)

Online payment: The Application fee can be paid through the online payment gateway. Those having an Internet banking account, Credit card, or Debit card can make use of this feature.

Offline payment: If the mode of payment selected is e-Challan, the applicant needs to take a printout of e-Challan by clicking the link ‘Print e-Challan’. Payment can be made in cash at any of the Head and Sub Post Offices in Kerala. The e-Challan should be handed over to the post office counter along with the required cash.

Once the payment status is updated by the post office officials, candidates can proceed to the next step by logging into their KLEE account.

Step 4: Upload scanned documents

The candidates have to next upload the scanned photo and signature. Also, the necessary documents are to be uploaded. The scanned images must be as per the specifications, or else the next step of the application process will not be activated.

Step 5: Print the acknowledgment form

After completing the uploading of all necessary certificates/documents, candidates can take a printout of the Acknowledgement Page by clicking on the link ‘Print Acknowledgement Page’. Candidates are advised to keep a soft copy or printout of the Acknowledgement Page for future reference.

To fill out the KLEE 2025 application form, there are certain documents that the candidates must keep ready with them. The list of documents needed is as follows:

How to Upload Documents in KLEE 2025 Application Form

To upload the documents without any error, candidates must take care of the specification of the scanned images. The specifications of the scanned images that must be followed are given below:

Photograph of Candidate:

  • Size: 15 kb to 100 kb
  • Resolutions: 150 x 200 pixels
  • Format: JPEG
  • Type: Coloured photo in passport size with light colored background

Special note: The photograph should not be taken with the candidate wearing a cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly. POLAROID and COMPUTER / MOBILE-PHONE generated photos are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Signature of the candidate:

  • Size: 10 kb to 100 kb
  • Resolutions: 150 x 100 pixels
  • Format: JPEG
  • Type: The signature must be on a plain white sheet and with blue/black ink.

Special note: Scanned image of the signature must be clear and complete. Scan this signature and crop around the signature. Do not scan the full sheet.
