AP ICET 2025 exam centre will be spread across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. APSCHE releases the list of APICET exam centres along with the notification. Exam centres of APICET 2025 include the name of the district and locations where it will be conducted. AP ICET exam is held in offline mode. Candidates can opt for the APICET 2025 exam centre while filling the application form. However, the Convener reserves the right to allot candidates to any other center(s) in unavoidable circumstances. The exact address and location will be conveyed to the registered candidates in the APICET 2025 admit card. APSCHE will conduct AP ICET 2025 exam tentatively in first week of May.

Q:   When is the APICET exam conducted?

The AP ICET 2025 exam date will be announced along with the release of AP ICET notification. The exam is expected to be  scheduled in first week of May 2025. The exam is held in offline mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates will have the option to enter maximum three exam center preferences (based on the availability) while filling the AP ICET 2025 application form. Based on the options entered, candidates will be alloted the exam centre as per the availability. Candidates will be able to check the alloted APICET exam centre on release of the AP ICET admit card. The admit card will be released in first week of May 2025. Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket for AP ICET 2025 till the date of the examination.

Q:   In how many cities will the APICET exam be conducted?

APICET 2025 exam will be held across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The AP ICET exam centres are- Anakapalli, Anantapur, Annamayya, Bapatla, Chittoor, East Godavari, Eluru, Guntur, Hyderabad, Kakinada, Konaseema, Krishna, Kurnool, Nandyal, NTR, Palnadu, Prakasam, Tirupati, Sri Satyasai, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, West Godavari, and YSR Kadapa. The exam was held in offline mode, wherein, the candidates had to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. On release of the AP ICET 2025 admit card candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre as per the preference filled by them. Once the exam centre is alloted no request for change in the exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Hence, candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preferences while filling the application form. Candidates will be able to choose maximum three exam centres (subject on availability) while filling the application form.

  2. Candidates will be allotted the APICET 2025 exam centre as per availability. The convenor has the right to add or remove the exam centre as per the factors.

Q:   What is the reporting time at APICET exam centre?

A:

APICET 2025 exam will be held in first week of May 2025 in two sessions. The first session of Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 exam willcommence in morning from 9 AM and the second session will commence in forenoon 2.30 pm. Candidates who will be allotted the first slot must report at the exam centre by 8.30 whereas, candidates who will be allotted the second shift must report at the exam centre by 2 pm. Candidates must complete the frisking process for entry to the examination hall. Candidates are advised to visit the allotted APICET 2025 exam centre on the day before the examination to become familiar with the route and exam centre.

APICET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

  1. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, candidates must maintain social distancing while entering and exiting the exam centre.
  2. Candidates must get their own transparent water bottle, sanitiser, gloves and pen along with the APICET 2025 admit card.
  3. Candidates must get the signed self-declaration form.
  4. While entering the exam centre of AP ICET 2025, the temperature of the test takers will be checked via a thermal gun.
  5. Barcode readers will be available at the exam centre to read the barcode on admit card. Candidates can know the Hall number and seat allotted.
  6. Guardians/parents will be allowed to wait for the test takers.

Q:   What are items prohibited in APICET exam centre?

A:

Candidates appearing for the APICET 2025 exam will be prohibited from carrying the following items: 1. Stationary items like pencil box, pen, pencil pouch and etc. 2. Electronic items such as smartwatches, earplugs, headphones, mobile phones and similar items. 3. Fashion jewelry such as chains, rings, bracelets and similar items. 4. Candidates will also not be allowed to get any eatable items such as fruits, packaged items, chocolates and so forth.

Q:   What are the important guidelines to appear for APICET exam?

A:
Amid rising COVID-19 cases, candidates must ensure to wear the mask all time including outside and inside the examination hall. Any candidate found without mask will not be permitted to enter the examination hall. Candidates must note that the guardian/parents will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Candidates must carry their own sanitiser (upto 100 ML) and transparent water bottle at the examination centre. Candidates who will be recorded with high fever will not be permitted to enter the examination hall. While entering the examination centre, candidates must ensure social distancing to prevent the spread of infection.

Q:   Can I leave the APICET exam centre after completing the exam in one hour?

A:
On completing the APICET exam, candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall soon after. Candidates will be permitted to leave once the time duration is completed. Candidates must handover their rough sheets to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. Candidates must ensure to maintain social distance while moving out and drop the APICET admit card in the box placed in examination hall.
