IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria 2025-2027: Check IIM CAP Process for PI and CAT 2024 Cut Off

IIM Udaipur admission criteria for 2025-2027 will be announced soon. The MBA admission process of IIM Udaipur is conducted through IIM CAP. Last year, the institute had fixed qualifying CAT cut off at 94 percentile for General category candidates. This year, the CAT cut offs are expected to be the same for General as well as other categories. Weight allotted to CAT 2024 score can be 60 while, for Personal Interview (PI) it can be 15. Candidate profile may carry a weightage of 25. Shortlisting of candidates will be done under IIM CAP 2025 by IIM Bodh Gaya. IIM Udaipur Admission Process 2025-27

The IIM Udaipur admission process includes three stages and these three stages consists of the following: 

1. Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of CAT score
2. Conducting Personal Appearance (PA)* round
3. Preparing merit list for final selection

*The PA round is referred to WAT-PI round. The PA process is common to nine new IIMs which participate in the Common Admission Process (CAP).

IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria 2025: Shortlisting for PI

To shortlist candidates for PI round, IIM Udaipur will consider the CAT 2024 score. Candidates must note that only meeting the below mentioned CAT cut off percentiles does not ensure admission to the institute. These are the marks required to be eligible for the PI or CAP round. The actual CAT cut off percentiles, on the basis of which the candidates will be invited for PI, can be higher. The merit list for IIM Udaipur is prepared on basis of CAT score, PI performance and academic profile. The weight for each parameter is given below:

Candidates selected for admission will be informed via email. The offer of admission will be sent to the candidate’s registered email in May. The candidates will be required to confirm their acceptance of admission offer by sending Offer Acceptance and an amount of INR 75,000 to the institute within the stipulated time. In case a candidate wishes to withdraw admission at a later stage, the offer acceptance amount will be refunded after a deduction of INR 1,000 as processing charge.
