SRCC GBO 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfil the below-mentioned SRCC GBO eligibility criteria in order to appear for the exam:

SRCC GBO Eligibility Criteria for Domestic Candidates

  • Aspirants must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation or equivalent in the case of students belonging to the General category from a recognised university.
  • Aspirants belonging to SC, ST or PwD (DA), EWS categories must have secured at least 45% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in graduation from a recognised university.
  • Aspirants in the final year of graduation or awaiting the results are also eligible to apply provisionally.

SRCC GBO Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals

Aspirants belonging to the Foreign Nationals (FN) category are not required to appear for the online SRCC GBO exam. Their selection will be based on the following criteria:

Q:   Do any IIMs accept SRCC GBO scores?

A:

No, IIM does not accept SRCC GBO test scores for admission. If you want to get admission to the IIM, you will have to appear in the CAT exam. With the score of the SRCC GBO test, you can get admission to the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce. If you wish to take admission to any Indian Insitute of Management, then you need to appear for the Common Admissions Test (CAT). 

Q:   Can I appear for SRCC GBO exam more than once?

A:

No, you cannot appear for the SRCC GBO (Global Business Operations) exam more than once in a given academic year. According to the admission guidelines of Shri Ram College of Commerce, candidates are allowed to attempt the SRCC GBO exam only once per academic year. If a candidate has already appeared for the exam in a particular year, they cannot apply or appear for the exam again in the same year.

In order to appear for the SRCC GBO exam, students must first check the eligibility criteria. If the candidate is not eligible to appear for the exam, then the exam conducting authority has the right to cancel the candidature of that student.

  • Look for the registration link on the website's homepage and click on it. Now, register using details such as your name, email address, mobile number, and create a password to register for the exam. After successful registration, you will receive a unique application number and login credentials.
  • Log in to the SRCC GBO account with the login credentials received on the registered email ID and mobile number.
  • Fill in the required details such as father's name, mother's name, communication details, academic details, etc.
  • Upload the photographs and signatures to complete the application form along with the academic documents
  • Proceed to pay the application fee using the available options such as the credit card, debit card, internet banking, as well as through UPI or other banking wallets.
  • Finally submit the SRCC GBO application form. Take a printout of the application form or save a copy for future reference.

  • Aspirants in the final year of the qualifying exam or awaiting the results can apply provisionally for SRCC GBO 2025.
  • Aspirants need to produce Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation mark sheets along with a school leaving certificate at the time of admission.
  • The percentage obtained will be calculated on the aggregate marks of all subjects mentioned in the mark sheet, SRCC GBO results and GDPI rounds.
  • If the aspirants are awarded grades or CGPA, then the grade/CGPA will be converted into a percentage based on the procedure certified by the exam authority.
  • Aspirants belonging to the reserved categories will have to produce the category certificate.
  • Aspirants belonging to the foreign nationals (FN) category will be required to produce the high school, senior secondary and graduation mark sheet along with the Statement of Purpose and the essay mentioned above.

The eligibility criteria for the SRCC GBO are as follows:

  1. Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree (in any discipline) from a recognised university or institution. The degree should be equivalent to a bachelor's degree awarded by the University of Delhi.

  2. Candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate percentage in their bachelor's degree. Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate percentage of 50 percent or above.

  3. Applicants belonging to SC, ST or PwD (DA), EWS categories must have secured at least 45% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in graduation from a recognised university.
  4. Candidates who are in the final year of their bachelor's degree programme and awaiting their results are also eligible to apply for the SRCC GBO exam. However, they must provide proof of passing the bachelor's degree and meeting the minimum percentage requirement at the time of admission.

  5. There is no upper age limit for the SRCC GBO exam. Candidates of any age can apply as long as they meet the other eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Yes, but there shall be a deduction of 2.5% while calculating the best 4. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects from LIST A. If the subjects you choose for calculation of best 4 are not in List A, a deduction of 2.5 % for each subject would be done.
