OJEE 2025 application form is expected to be released in the last week of January 2025 on the official OJEE website- ojee.nic.in. The registration window will likely be open for approximately two months. The OJEE 2025 schedule will also be released online. OJEE exam 2025 will be held in the computer-based test mode. The OJEE application form 2025 will be available on the official website only and there will be no offline communication for this.

The 2nd/Special OJEE application form will also be tentatively released online for a brief period in the second week of June 2025. Candidates will be able to apply online for the Special OJEE exam 2025.

Q:   What are the OJEE registration dates?

A:

OJEE application process 2025 will likely commence in the last week of January 2025. The registration window will be opened for approximately two months and close in the second week of March 2025, tentatively. Special OJEE/2nd OJEE registrations will also begin in the first week of June 2025, online. The schedule of every course of the OJEE 2025 exam will be announced at the same time and will be available online. 

The application schedule is announced on the official website of OJEE. The OJEE application process starts with the OJEE registration and application fee payment. Candidates have to submit their OJEE application form before the deadline. Candidates are required to choose their preferred institutes they wish to apply for MBA, and other course admissions through OJEE score. Candidates will be eligible for admission to only those institutes that they select in the OJEE application form.

OJEE previous session: OJEE registration 2024 started on January 25, 2025. The last date to fill the OJEE application form was March 22, 2025. Earlier, the last date of registration was March 15, 2025.

Q:   What is the eligibility for OJEE MBA exam? Is there an age limit to appear for OJEE?

A:

Any graduate candidate with a 50 percent aggregate can apply for OJEE. The applicant must also be a citizen of India. There is no age bar for the candidates appearing for the exam. However, candidates appearing for BTech Marine Engineering exam must not be more than 22 years of age. Candidates in the final year of graduation or awaiting their result can also apply provisionally. They will be required to present their marksheets at the time of admissions.

Q:   Can I fill the OJEE application form offline?

A:

No, the OJEE application form is available in online mode only which can be filled on the official website of OJEE or Odisha JEE. There is no provision of filling the application form offline. Candidates also need to make an online fee payment to complete the OJEE registration process.  The application forms for each course are released on the official website of OJEE and the candidates need to fill out the OJEE application form and then proceed to paying the OJEE application fee. The OJEE application procedure is completely online and there is no offline communication.

OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025

As mentioned above, the OJEE application form 2025 will be released online on the official website of OJEE. The OJEE application form will be the same for each course category; therefore, candidates can choose their preferred course at registration. Before filling out the application form, candidates are advised to check the OJEE eligibility criteria 2025 and other guidelines to avoid making any errors. Moreover, a wrong or incomplete OJEE 2025 application form will not be accepted. To be eligible to appear for the OJEE exam, students must fulfil the following basic OJEE eligibility criteria:

  • Any candidate who holds a graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for OJEE.
  • Final-year graduation students are also eligible to apply for OJEE.

Q:   Is there any reservation for female candidates in OJEE exam?

Yes, 30 percent of seats are reserved for women students who are applying for Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Architecture, and Bachelor of Pharmacy. Q:   Who is eligible for the OJEE exam?

A:

OJEE eligibility criteria are the requirements for appearing for the OJEE exam. OJEE scores are accepted in over 40 top B-schools in the country. The OJEE eligibility criteria are prescribed by the OJEE Cell, which is the OJEE exam conducting authority. The minimum requirement or eligibility criteria for appearing for OJEE is graduation. The basic OJEE eligibility criteria include:

  • Age Limit: There is no age bar for the candidates appearing for postgraduate courses, however, candidates appearing for BAMS/BHMS or Pharma must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31
  • Nationality: Candidates appearing for OJEE must be a citizen of India. If they wish to take admissions to government colleges in Odisha then the candidates must be a native of Odisha. 
  • Minimum Educational Qualification: For undergraduate courses, the candidate must have cleared Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board. As for postgraduate courses, the candidate must hold aDiplomaorBachelorsdegree from a recognized university or institute from a relevant stream.
  • Work experience: OJEE exam eligibility criteria do not include work experience. Both working and non-working candidates can apply for the exam

Steps to Fill OJEE 2025 Application Form

OJEE 2025 application process includes four steps i.e. online registration, form filling, document uploading, fee payment and printing the confirmation page. Check out the steps below for OJEE 2025 registrations.

Step 1: Online registration

  • Visit the official website of OJEE.
  • Click on 'Registration for OJEE 2025' link
  • Candidates will be redirected to the new registration page. Click on the 'Fresh Candidate Registration' button
  • Fill in details such as name, date of birth, gender, father's name, contact details, password, etc.
  • Enter the security code and finally click 'Submit'.
  • Review the details entered by you and click on 'Final Submit'.

Step 2: OJEE 2025 application form filling

  • Candidates will be assigned an Application Number after a successful registration.
  • Click on the 'Complete Application Form' button.
  • Fill in all the required details and submit.
  • Review your details and click on 'Final Submit'.

Step 3: Uploading documents

  • Candidates need to upload scanned images of coloured photographs and full signatures in black or blue ink. The documents should be in JPEG/JPG format.
  • Once the documents have been uploaded, the application fee needs to be paid.

Step 4: Fee payment and printing confirmation page

  • Candidates will require the application number which they received during registration for fee payment.
  • Candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode only using a credit card, debit card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards) or internet banking.
  • Once submitted, take a printout of the confirmation page.

Q:   Can I fill the application form first and pay the application fee later for OJEE MBA?

A:
Yes, when candidates are applying for OJEE they do not have to fill the form and pay the application fee in one go. However, they have to pay the application within five days of filling the OJEE registration form. Candidates must note that a completely filled application form without the application fee will be rejected. Candidates must pay the fee online in order to complete the OJEE application process and register their candidature.

Yes, you can correct your course in the OJEE application form, provided that the correction window is open. Q:   Can I make corrections to my OJEE application form after submission?

A:

Candidates can only make corrections in the OJEE application form if the correction window opens on the official website. If it does not then the applicant will have to fill out a new form and pay the application fee again. In 2023, the form correction window opened on April 1, 2023. The OJEE form correction window closed on April 2, 2023, at 11:00 PM. Once the form correction window closes, the applicants will not be able to make corrections again. Candidates must carefully fill the application form to avoid errors.

Candidates must keep the following points in mind while filling out the OJEE application form:

  • Fill all the fields of the OJEE application carefully with valid information. Do not leave mandatory fields, empty.
  • Before submitting the application form, check all the information entered.
  • Take a printout of the confirmation letter, fee receipt and OJEE application form once the application fee has been submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation form, immediately contact the exam authorities.

Q:   Which documents do I need to upload in the OJEE application form?

A:
Candidates need to upload recent passport size photographs and full signatures. Candidates will also be required to upload their academic certificates. Candidates must ensure that the images uploaded are clear and in accordance with the specifications mentioned. If the scanned documents are distorted or unclear, candidates may be disbarred from appearing for the OJEE exam or their application forms may be rejected.

Q:   I want to apply for both MBA and MCA courses. Do I need to fill two OJEE applications for that?

A:
No, from 2023 onwards, the application form for all the courses offered through OJEE exam is the same. Candidates will be required to choose their preferred courses at the time of filling the OJEE application form. For each additional course, candidates will have to pay an additional fee of INR 500 per course. They are not required to fill two separate application forms.

Q:   Can I pay the OJEE application fee offline?

A:
OJEE registration fee can be paid online only. They can use debit/credit cards or net banking to pay the application fee for OJEE 2023. There is no provision for paying the OJEE application fee offline. The exam fee is INR 1,000. In the case of applying for a combination of courses, the students need to pay an additional fee of INR 500 per course. Courses offered by the OJEE are Undergraduate level, Lateral Entry level, and Post Graduate level.

  3. Register with the details required such as name, e-mail ID, mobile number, etc. and create a password

  4. Next, submit the details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation

  5. Login with your registered application number and password to fill out the application form 

  6. Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking and wait for the fee status to be updated

  7. After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future references

Instructions Regarding Special OJEE 2025

Mentioned below are a few important instructions regarding Special OJEE 2025:

  • Special OJEE 2025 will be conducted in computer-based test mode in English.
  • Special OJEE will be conducted for admissions to BTech, Le-Tech (Diploma), Le- Tech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA and MPharma courses under OJEE.
  • Three new courses, MTech, MPlan and MArch, were added later for admission through Special OJEE. 
  • The second/Special OJEE 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to first-year courses in all private and government colleges in Odisha against the vacant seats left after the first round of counselling of OJEE.
  • Candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges. They can opt for private colleges. 
  • Students holding a rank or have appeared for JEE Main 2025 or OJEE 2025 do not have to appear for the Special OJEE exam.
  • Candidates must reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam along with the admit cards.
  • Candidates cannot leave the exam centre before the exam is over. 
  • Candidates must not carry any electronic gadgets, books, study material, etc. to the exam centre. 
  • The exam will have MCQ-type questions. Each question will carry four marks. One mark will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer.

OJEE 2025 Test Centres

Candidates must keep the following things in mind before choosing the OJEE 2025 test city:

  • Candidates can choose up to three test cities according to their preferences while filling out the OJEE application form.
  • The test centres cannot be changed once the application form has been submitted.
  • The OJEE exam centre and the city will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card.

Q:   What is the reporting time to OJEE exam centre? Can I leave early if I complete the exam early?

Candidates appearing for the OJEE exam must download the OJEE admit card in order to know their exam centre details. The OJEE admit card will mention details such as name, application number, exam date, time, venue details, etc. The OJEE exam will likely be conducted in three slots and the candidates must ensure to reach the OJEE exam venue at least an hour before the exam begins. 

Candidates will be allowed to leave the exam centre only once the exam is over. They will not be allowed to leave the examination centre early.

Q:   Can I carry a watch, eatables and water to the OJEE exam centre?

A:
Eatable and drinks are not allowed inside the OJEE exam centre. But, candidates must carry their personal transparent water bottle to the exam centre and follow the COVID-19 appropriate behaviour at all times. Electronic gadgets including watches, mobile phones, calculators, smart devices, etc. Are prohibited inside the OJEE exam centre. Candidates should carry recent passport size photograph, photo ID (original and photocopy) and OJEE admit card along with them to the exam centre.

To recover OJEE password, click on 'Forget Password' button. Candidates will be redirected to a new page. Choose one option among the three. Fill in the required details and click 'Submit' button.

Q:   How much do I need to pay as the application fee for OJEE?

A:

Candidates applying for the OJEE exam, need to fill the OJEE application form and pay the application fee online. The candidates need to pay an OJEE application fee of INR 1,000. Candidates need to pay INR 500 for each additional course. This means, if the candidate is appearing for MBA as well as MCA, then they need to pay INR 1000 as the base fee and INR 500 for the additional course. Hence, the total application fee turns out to be INR 1500. The Special OJEE application fee is also INR 1,500. The fee can be remitted via Debit/Credit Card/Netbanking. Candidates are suggested that they must check the OJEE eligibility criteria before filling the OJEE application form and paying the OJEE application fee.

The OJEE registration fee is non-refundable. Once the OJEE application fee is paid, even if you do not appear for the exam the application fee will not be returned. If the amount has been debited from your account but the application fee payment status has not been updated, you can write to OJEE Cell. OJEE application fee is to be paid online, hence, candidates must carefully fill the application form and re-check the details filled in the application form before paying the application fee.
