UPMCAT Application Form 2019, Registration: Know How to Apply

UPMCAT has now been scrapped and student are enrolled on the basis of the scores obtained in UPSEE.

Candidates must ensure that they check the eligibility criteria of the exam before applying. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria of the exam will be rejected by the officials. The On-Line application form submission consists of following three simple steps. 

(i) Registration (Filling up of Personal and other Details)

(ii) Uploading of Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression

(iii) Payment of Examination Fee and Printing of the “Confirmation Page” 

To fill the application form, follow the below mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website and click on the link for PG entrance exams
• On clicking the ‘Apply’ link at the bottom of the page, the candidate will be redirected to a new screen where the details need to be filled
• Here, the candidate needs to register himself/herself by entering personal details
• Choose a password and a security question
• Submit the application form by clicking on the submit button
• The candidate will get the option of reviewing the application form
• Once you are sure that all the details have been mentioned correctly, click on ‘Final Submit’
• The candidate will receive an application number generated by the system
• Here the candidate may choose to logout and fill the application form later, or might continue with the process
• Next, the candidate needs to upload an a recent color passport size, a clear scanned image of the signature, and a clear scanned image of his/her left thumb impression and save
• The next step is to pay the fee which can be done only through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking. Take a note of the transaction number
• Please do not send the hard copy / soft copy / print-out of the Confirmation page or any other document to the University at this stage 

Documents required

• A personal mobile phone number and/or a personal E-Mail id
• A recent color passport size photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 100 KB
• A clear scanned image of the signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG format with a maximum size of 30KB
• A clear scanned image of the candidate’s left thumb impression (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG format with a maximum size of 30KB 

Candidates must note that application forms will not be entertained beyond application process’s last date.
