INI CET Counselling 2025: Round-1 Choice Filling Date (Extended Till Dec 18), Seat Matrix, Allotment Result

INI CET counselling is conducted in four rounds namely, mock round, first round, second round and open round. All the rounds of counselling is conducted online. The seat allocation process comprises online registration, choice filling and locking, verification of documents, payment of counselling fee, and INI CET 2025 seat allotment. The admission process for postgraduate courses through INI CET begins with the registrations. Online registration on the official website of AIIMS is mandatory to participate in the counselling rounds. They will have to submit their speciality and college preferences on the official portal. AIIMS Delhi then prepare the seat allotment list for INI CET 2025 counselling taking into account various aspects like choices filled by the candidate, availability of seats, INI CET result, reservation criteria etc. Candidates can refer to the details of the whole INI CET 2025 counselling process given below:

Step 1: Registration

The registration for INI CET counselling comprises steps as follows:

• Candidates have to register themselves on the official website, aiimsexams.org to apply for the INI CET counselling 2025
• After the registration process, a new candidate Id and password will be generated

Step 2: Filling the preferences

In this step, candidates will have to log in to their registered account and follow these instructions:

• Click on “Make Choice”
• To add choice, select the preferred AIIMS institute
• Now click on “Add Choice”
• To remove a choice, click on the “Delete” option next to the drop-down
• After filling in the preferences, click on “Save”
• Recheck your preferences and confirm the choices
• Choices once submitted cannot be changed

Step 3: Allotment result for the mock round of INI CET counselling 2025

Based on the preferences filled by the registered candidates, the seat allotment list for the mock round of INI CET counselling is prepared.

Step 4: Final submission of campus preference

The final submission can be done as follows: 

• This is the final chance for a candidate to edit or change the preferences before the final seat allotment list for INI CET is prepared
• Candidates who fail to fill in the preferences for a round of INI CET counselling 2025 will not be considered for the next round of counselling

Step 5: Seat allotment list for INI CET 2025

A final list of the candidates selected will be prepared and displayed on the website.

Step 6: Accept or decline the allocated seat

Those who make it to the seat allotment list of INI CET 2025 will have to choose whether they want to accept or refuse the seat allotted to them. After logging in to their registered account, they have to choose from the following options:

Option 1: Accept the allotted seat and give accent that you are not interested to participate in further rounds.

Option 2. Accept the seat and provide willingness to participate in 2nd round.

If one chooses option-2, then candidates will have to accept the seat allotted in 2nd round. The seat allocated in first round shall be considered vacated and the same shall be automatically allocated to other candidates in order of merit. Failure to join the upgraded seat shall lead to impositions of penalty of INR 3.00 Lakh.

There is no option to refuse the seat allotted to you. Candidates will have to select the options after login to their account on the official website. If someone fails to select an option then it will lead to forfeiture of the allocated seat and render the candidate ineligible for further rounds except open round of Seat Allocation.

Step 7: Reporting to the Institute for verification of the documents

Candidates who accept the seat allocated to them have to report to the allotted institute for the verification of the documents. Those who fail to report to the institute will lose the seat allocated to them and will not be eligible to participate in the next round of counselling. However, candidates can participate in the open round of INI CET counselling.

Admission to the allotted institute will be confirmed only upon successful verification of the documents. Candidates must carry all the required documents (both original and self-attested copies) while reporting to the institute. The list of documents required during the INI CET counselling July 2025 is as follows:

• Allotment letter
• Registration slip
• INI CET 2024 admit card
• MBBS/ BDS degree certificate
• Marksheets of MBBS/ BDS professional examinations
• Internship completion certificate stating that the internship was completed by January 30, 2025
• Provisional/permanent registration certificate issued by MCI/state medical council or DCI/state dental council
• Class 10 certificate/ birth certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet 
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
