Since NBEMS has released the notification, information bulletin and application process as per the expected dates, chances of NEET SS 2024 exam getting postponed is bleak, unless there is an external or unavoidable situation. 

The NEET SS 2024 application form has released by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on February 4, 2025, 3 PM onwards. The last date of application is February 24, 2025, 11.55 PM. Along with the NEET SS 2024 application form, NBEMS also released the notification and information bulletin. The NEET SS application process is completely online. Candidates have to visit the official website of NBEMS and go to the NEET SS exam section. After that, they have to read the complete instructions before registration, followed by application. NEET SS 2024 exam will be conducted on March 29 and March 30, 2025.

Candidates must download and preserve the information bulletin and refer to it whenever there is any doubt or query related to the NEET SS eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern, syllabus, admission process, etc. 

The NEET SS exam date is decided by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the exam conducting authority. NBEMS sets the NEET SS date as per the instruction by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) as well as the Ministry of Education (MoE). Certain factors are kept in mind before deciding the exam date such as the timeline of the postgraduate medical courses, internship completion, exam date of other similar entrance exams such as INI SS, and other factors such as elections, festivals, etc. In case the pre-decided date is impacted, the exam date is rescheduled. 

The NEET SS 2024 application form has been released by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on February 4, 2025, 3 PM. The last date to fill and submit the application form is February 24, 2025, 11.55 PM. Based on the student requests and other external factors, NBE may decide to extend the last date of NEET SS 2024 application form submission or reopen the window. After the conclusion of the application process, NBE will provide a correction facility from February 27 to March 3, and March 11 to March 13, 2025, for the image correction. 

The total duration of the NEET SS exam is 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. There is no sectional time limit. Hence, candidates have to manage the time accrodingly to attempt as many number of questions as possible within this duration. There are 150 questions in total. Hence, to attempt all the questions, test-takers will get one minute per question. Along with maintaining to speed to complete the NEET SS exam, candidates must also maintain accuracy to avoid losing marks since there is a negative marking scheme. 

NBE or the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the NEET SS exam conducting authority, releases the cutoff scores or the qualifying scores along with the result. Even though NBE announces the NEET SS qualifying percentile in the information bulletin, the exact qualifying marks, or the NEET SS cutoff is released on the day of the result declaration. 

Yes, NBE or the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences will provide correction facility for NEET SS 2024 application form. There will be two correction or edit windows provided only for those candidates who will submit the application form by paying the requisite application fee from February 27 to March 3, 2025. The first NEET SS application correction window will be for making the basic changes in the application form, in the permitted fields. In the second and the final correction window of NEET SS 2024, which will be open from March 11 to March 13, 2025, candidates will be given the opportunity to correct the deficient or incorrect images or files uploaded, such as photograph, signature and thumb impression. Both the NEET SS application correction windows will be provided for three days. 

NEET SS 2024 admit card will be released by NBE online, on the official website on the exam on March 25, 2025. Only those candidates who will apply successfully within the given deadline will be issued the admit card. It must be noted NBE doesn't send admit card to individual candidate and he/she have to download the hall ticket from the official website, nbe.edu.in. Candidates have to provide registration ID and password to download the admit card for NEET SS. Candidates have to paste passport size photograph on the admit card after download it. 

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) or NBE will release the NEET SS 2024 result on or before April 30, 2025. The exam will be conducted on March 29 and March 30, 2025, for a window of two days and slots. Based on last year's trends, the NEET SS 2024 result will be declared within 15 days of conducting the result.
