Jharkhand NEET PG Round-3 counselling dates for the academic year 2024-25 were released by JCECEB. Candidates were allowed to participate in online registration and choice filling until January 30, 2025. The last date to edit the filled-up choices was January 31, 2025. The JCECE NEET PG Round-3 state merit list was released on January 24, 2025. Check the JCECE NEET PG round-3 schedule in the upcoming sections.  

The Jharkhand NEET PG document submission deadline was from January 12 to January 14, 2025. The JCECE NEET PG counselling registration window was available on the official website of JCECEB 'jcepgneet.formflix.org/home'. Candidates can participate in further events as per the dates announced by the counselling conducting body. JCECEB will soon release the JCECE merit list Round-3 on the official website, neetpg.jceceb.org.in. Candidates are advised to keep checking the important events regularly because the event calendar for the Round-3 has not been released yet. 

Jharkhand NEET PG 2024 counselling is being conducted on the official notification at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for admission to MD/ MS/ Diploma and DNB courses. Registration is mandatory to participate in Jharkhand NEET PG counseling. Other steps, such as Jharkhand NEET PG choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting, will follow as per the schedule allotted to the candidates. It is mandatory to declare the choice of college and course online for seat allocation. JCECEB allocates seats based on choice filled, NEET PG rank, availability of seats in institutes, reservation, and other factors. 

Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling Registration 2024 - DIRECT LINK (Apply Now)

Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling is being conducted in two rounds with an additional mop-up round (if seats remain vacant). JCECEB will organise an additional stray vacancy round as well to fill up the vacant seats after the mop-up round. Candidates who qualify NEET PG exam and have a domicile in the state will be eligible for Jharkhand PG medical counselling. The whole process of counseling is conducted online at the official website of JCECEB. Candidates who qualify for NEET PG must register on the official website and fill out an application form for admission to MD/ MS/ MDS courses across medical/dental colleges across the State. Based on the registration and the NEET PG score, initially, a provisional merit list and later a final merit list will be released by the counselling body. Candidates included in the merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment.

Jharkhand NEET PG Chronology of Events

Jharkhand NEET PG counselling 2024 is ongoing. Jharkhand NEET PG counselling Round 1 and Round 2 have successfully concluded. The official counselling conducting body, JCECEB, concluded Round-1 with the institute reporting and document verification process on December 04, 2024. JCECEB issued the provisional seat allotment letters on November 28, 2024. Jharkhand NEET PG Round-1 option entry and choice filling window closed on November 25, 2024. The registration began on November 19, 2024 with the release of the state merit list. JCECE NEET PG counselling registration window ended on November 20, 2024. The JCECE NEET PG Round-2 counselling concluded on December 28, 2024. The Round-2 seat allotment result was declared on December 23, 2024. Students willing to edit their filled-up choices were allowed to exercise until December 20, 2024. The JCECE NEET PG Round-2 final state merit list was released on December 16, 2024.

Jharkhand NEET PG 2024 Counselling Registration

The first step is to apply on the official website and submit the application form for seat allotment. In this step, candidates have to pay the registration fee as stipulated in the official notification of JCECEB. It is mandatory to submit the application form to enroll for the NEET PG admission.

Jharkhand NEET PG Choice Filling

It is a mandatory step within which candidates included in the state merit list have to fill in choices for college and courses in which they want to take admission. Candidates have to declare their preferences for college and courses online. In the next step, candidates are mandated to lock in the choices within the stipulated deadline. The preference of choices can’t be modified once they are locked.

Jharkhand NEET PG Seat Allotment Process

The counselling authority allots seats based on the choices filled by candidates, NEET PG rank, availability of seats, reservation criteria, etc. A separate result is released for each round of counselling. Generally, a total of 3 rounds of counselling are held including a mop-up round for Jharkhand NEET PG admission. However, JCECEB conducted a stray vacancy round and a special stray vacancy round as the seats remained vacant after the third/mop-up round

After seat allotment, candidates will have to report to their respective allotted institutes for document verification and to complete other admission formalities.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth is not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate)

  • Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate

  • Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt. If applicable
