Candidates had to visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in to participate in the last round of KEA NEET UG counselling 2024. Â
The Karnataka NEET UG counselling mop-up round seat allotment result was declared on October 16, 2024 at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. It was released in a PDF file that comprised details like rank, allotted college & course name, course fees, and category etc. Students can check the document from the link given below. Along with the pdf file authorities also provided the link to download the allotment letter by entering their CET number. Â
Karnataka NEET counselling result link
Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) revised the round 2 counselling schedule of Karnataka NEET. The last date for fee payment and submission of original documents was extended. Now applicants could make payment of admission fees by September 27, 2024 and submit their original documents to ensure Karnataka MBBS BDS admission 2024 on or before September 27, 2024, by 4 PM.Â
Earlier Karnataka NEET counselling round 2 seat allotment was released on September 22, 2024. Applicants who were allotted seats needed to submit their original documents while those who didn't want to pursue their admission process were advised to cancel their allotted seats before the last date.Â
Earlier, the Karnataka NEET UG seat allotment result link was released on September 22, 2024, students could access their seat allotment letter by using their CET number. Karnataka NEET UG counselling round 2 seat allotment was released by authorities on September 18, 2024. It was released separately for both medical and dental which can be accessed from the pdf files given below. Through the Karnataka NEET round 2 seat allotment PDF 2024, students can view their All India Rank, course code, college name, course name, allotted category, course fee, and status.
Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024 is being conducted for admission to various MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, Unani, Homeopathy, and Ayurveda courses across government and private medical colleges across Karnataka. The counselling generally comprises two rounds and a mop-up round which is conducted if any seats remain vacant. KEA conducts Karnataka NEET 2024 counselling for 85% state quota and 100% of private college seats.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct Karnataka NEET counselling 2024 for 15% of All India Quota seats. The Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024 will enable the admission of approximately 43,451 seats. Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2024, must fulfil the eligibility criteria laid down by KEA:
- Candidates must be a citizen of India
- He/she must have qualified for NEET 2024
Eligibility for Government Seats:
- He/she must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, he/she must have studied for seven years at a government school located in Karnataka, or
- He/she must have passed Class 11 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, either of the candidate’s parents must have studied for seven years at an institute located in Karnataka, or
- Candidate and either of his/her parent’s mother tongue is Kannada/Tulu/Kodava. Also, this parent must be a domicile of Karnataka state.

Karnataka NEET Counselling 2024 Process
The Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 for MBBS admissions is conducted in four stages, namely Registration, Choice filling, Seat allotment and Reporting. All these stages are equally important for those applying for Karnataka NEET 2024 counselling. Karnataka NEET counselling registration 2024 last date has not released so far and it will be activated once it is out. Each of these stages has been elaborated below:
KEA 2024 Registration Process
To participate in the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2024, a candidate must register on the official website of KEA. Follow the steps given below to register:
Step 1: Go to the official website and select ‘UGET-2024 Online Registration’. Enter details such as the name of the candidate, contact address details, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, etc. Application ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.
Step 2: Upload images of a recent passport-sized photograph, signature and thumb impression (left hand)
Step 3: Pay the registration/counselling fee. The registration fee can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidates can also pay the fee offline by downloading the bank challan.

List of Registered Candidates
KEA will release a list with the names of all the candidates who had registered for the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2024. This list will be accompanied by the schedule for offline verification of the documents. To proceed further, all the candidates need to complete the verification process.
KEA 2024 Seat Matrix
The Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 Round 1 seat matrix will be released by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). As per the revised schedule released by KEA, Bangalore, eligible candidates could make changes to the option entries. Candidates belonging to different categories will be able to download the Karnataka NEET UG seat matrix which will be released category-wise. KEA will release the seat matrix for NRI quota, Private quota, Government Special category quota, Hyd-Kar quota, and General quota candidates for both MBBS and Dental programmes. Verification of Documents
Verification of documents will be carried out in order of the ranks obtained by the candidates. Hence, all the candidates are advised to confirm the rank range, date and time of verification before reporting to the centre. Candidates must carry all the documents in original and a self-attested copy to the verification centre.
At the verification centre, candidates will have to register again and provide all the necessary information. At the verification counter, all the original documents will be verified by the officials and the self-attested copies will be retained. Candidates who complete the verification process successfully will be issued an acknowledgement slip.

- Class 10 & Class 12 mark sheet

KEA Secret Key and Choice Filling
Along with the acknowledgment slip, eligible candidates will also be provided with a secret key. This key is mandatory to fill in the choices on the ‘Option-entry portal’. Candidates are advised to keep the secret key to themselves and maintain confidentiality at all times.
There is no limit to the entry of options in Karnataka NEET counselling 2024. Options recorded on the last day of the notified schedule will be frozen and will be considered for allotment of seats. Candidates must note that this is a one-time process only. Candidates who have entered options in the first round will not be allowed to enter options for the second round. However, candidates may make changes to the higher options.
Seat Allotment List
KEA releases a list of the candidates who have been allotted a seat in the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2024. These seat allotment lists will be prepared based on the merit of a candidate and the choices filled by him/her.
Post-Allotment Process
Candidates who have been allocated a seat in the Karnataka NEET 2024 counselling and wish to continue with the same seat need to confirm their choice on the official website of KEA. He/she then has to pay the fee and report to the allocated institute with the admission order.

Karnataka NEET UG Seat Allotment Result
The KEA round-wise application process is being conducted on the official website at, kea.kar.nic.in. Candidates who failed to register in the Round-1 counselling made the payment in Round 1, and did not complete the document verification can register in Round 2. The KEA NEET UG seat allotment result will be released by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The rearrangement of options (modify/delete/re-order) will be available for the participants.Â
For the document verification and related events, candidates will be required to confirm the allotted seat by paying the admission fee. The challan, payment, and admission order download window will be activated.
KEA Round-1 Counselling Process
The round-1 seat allotment result will be declared by KEA. As many as  33,829 seats and 9,622 seats respectively will be allotted for MBBS and BDS programmes. Along with the result, KEA will also release the Medical and Dental cutoff rank of the Karnataka NEET UG 2024.
Once the KEA option entry and choice filling window are closed. Candidates belonging to CAPF, Defence, Ex-CAPF, Ex-Defence, Physically Disabled, and NCC categories can download the special category KEA NEET UG merit list 2024 from, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in to check the status of their eligibility to participate in the counselling process. The KEA NEET UG document verification for candidates who will apply in the extended registration window.Â
The KEA NEET UG merit list carries details of eligible candidates for Karnataka NEET 2023 counselling. It is mandatory to upload important documents at the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling portal at the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. After the release of the KEA NEET UG 2024 counselling official notification, the first step will be to apply for counselling via the online application form within the stipulated deadline.Â
