NIPER JEE Counselling 2025: Dates & Schedule, Registration, Seat Allotment Result

The NIPER JEE counselling 2025 will be conducted by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Guwahati for admission into post-graduate and PhD level programmes. The NIPER JEE exam counselling 2025 will be conducted online mode at niperguwahati.ac.in. The exam conducting authorities have not released the counselling schedule of NIPER JEE 2025 so far and it will be updated here once it is out.

According to the previous year NIPER JEE counselling schedule, the authorities will conduct separate counselling (in GD and PI form) for MBA programmes. Along with it, the NIPER JEE 2025 counselling will be conducted for M.S/M. Pharma and M.Tech courses If there will be vacant seats then students will have to further appear for NIPER JEE exam counselling for the second round.

All the applicants who will be declared qualified in the NIPER JEE results will be eligible to appear in the counselling process for the separate course which they filled in the application form. Candidates are shortlisted for counselling based on their rank and the merit obtained in the NIPER JEE exam. All the shortlisted candidates have to report to the allocated venue on the prescribed day and time.

The Web option window will be available during the same time for the candidates who want to revise their preference of choice filling done in Round 1. Candidates MUST “submit” their choices on/before the last day of choice filling. Candidates will not allowed to edit the choice list after the deadline. There will be five stages to the counselling procedure. Candidates selected in the interview rounds will be called for the NIPER JEE 2025 counselling.

It is advised that candidates should carry all the mandatory documents with them to confirm their admission at the time of counselling. The most compulsory document the candidates have to carry on the day of counselling is their valid GPAT/GATE/NET scorecard. Candidates awaiting the results of the qualifying exam (BPharma) will have to produce a letter of confirmation. Candidates who have passed their BPharma have to produce the final year mark sheet or the provisional degree.

Below is the list of mandatory documents required during the NIPER JEE 2025 counselling:

Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth and the name
All the mark sheets of the semesters or years of the graduation
Valid NIPER JEE 2025 scorecard

NIPER JEE 2025 counselling is the final step of the entire admission process. NIPER offers admissions in various programmes at this stage, possibly at the preferred choice of the institute. As mentioned earlier, candidates are shortlisted based on the rank obtained on the merit list. All the invited candidates have to be present online on a particular day and time. Procedure for Post-Graduate level programmes

There will be no registration fee for attending the NIPER JEE 2025 web counselling. Fresh registration will be required through a registered mobile number for candidates who have not registered during the first counseling. After successful registration, candidates need to give web options for the seat allotment.

The group discussion followed by the personal interview will be carried out during the counseling only. Based on their performance in both rounds, candidates were granted admission into their preferred branches and the NIPER institute.

Procedure for PhD level programmes
