Rajasthan NEET PG counselling 2024 result has been put on hold on account of a court order. Some of the candidates approached the High Court of Rajasthan against discrepancies in the Rajasthan NEET PG 2024 Counselling Merit List. Based on that, the court has ordered the counselling authorities to release a fresh merit list. Hence, the Rajasthan NEET 2024 PG Counselling Round 1 result, which was scheduled to be declared on November 28, 2024, has been postponed until further notice.Â
The Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 1 registration window was reopened by RUHS Jaipur from November 17 to November 18, 2024. The provisional merit list was released on November 22, 2024, after the conclusion of the application process. The Rajasthan NEET PG 2024 counselling seat matrix was released on November 19, 2024. There are a total of 207 seats in this round.Â

The Rajasthan NEET PG 2024 counselling Round 1 dates were revised on November 25, 2024. The choice filling process was conducted from November 25 (4 PM) to November 26, 2024 (11.45 PM), The security deposit had to be paid between November 25, 2024 (4 PM) and November 26, 2024 (4 PM). Â
Initially, the Rajasthan NEET PG 2024 Round 1 choice filling process was conducted from November 19 to November 23, 2024, after which the window was reopened on November 25, 2024. Â
Originally, the Rajasthan NEET PG counselling 2024 registration was conducted from September 25, 2024, to November 2, 2024. Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Merit List
The Rajasthan NEET PG counselling Merit list was prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET PG 2023 after adding bonus marks if any. The merit list was prepared on the basis of the following criteria:
(a) One who has a higher rank in NEET PG 2024
(b) The candidate of higher age (older candidate).
(c) One who has passed the final MBBS in a lesser number of attempts.
(d) One who has secured more marks (aggregate) in final year MBBS.
Candidates should remember that inclusion in the merit list doesn’t guarantee for admission to Rajasthan NEET PG admission.
Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Choice Filling
The choice filling is dependent on the publication of the seat matrix. Therefore, candidates are mandated to fill their choices, based on the seat matrix published after every round of counselling. Any candidate opting for seats permitted by the MCI/NMC will not be allowed to claim for any change on this ground, except during subsequent allotment depending upon his/her merit and as per preference only.
If a candidate does not submit his/her choice within the deadline, he/she will not be able to participate in the online seat allotment process.
Rajasthan NEET PG Seat Allotment Process
The allotment of the subject and college/institute shall be made strictly on the basis of merit cum preference as per the reservation roster and in accordance with the rules laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India/Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court/MCI/NMC/NBE/ Government of Rajasthan/RUHS.
Reporting at the Institute
The selected candidates will have to join the allotted college/institute as notified in the allotment letter. There is no provision for the extension of the joining date. Change of college/institute or course is also not permitted at the time of admission.
