IIT Roorkee is all set to conduct the GATE 2025 admissions. The GATE 2025 official information brochure has been released on the official website, and registrations are scheduled to open on August 24, 2024, and end on September 26, 2024 (without late fees) and October 7, 2024, with late fees.
The GATE 2025 information brochure comprises all the information related to GATE 2025, including the exam dates, registration process, eligibility, application fees, exam pattern, syllabus, scorecard, etc. Candidates must carefully review the details before applying. The exam will occur on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

How to Apply for GATE 2025?

The GATE 2025 admit card is scheduled to be released on January 2, 2025. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form can download the hall ticket to appear for the examination. The GATE results will be declared on March 19, 2025, and the scorecards will be available from March 28, 2025, to May 31, 2025.

Q: Who is eligible for M.Tech in IIT Madras?
For admission to IIT Madras, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation before applying for the course. As per the minimum eligibility requirements for the course, candidates need a BE/BTech/BArch degree or a master's in Science/Arts with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Qualifications from exams by recognised professional societies are also accepted. Further, candidates will be selected based on a valid GATE score.
Apart from this, candidates who graduated from IITs with BTech degree and having CGPA of 8.0 (on a scale of 10) and above are eligible to apply for direct admission without GATE score. In addition, it is also crucial that the applicant hold the relevant documents as a proof of eligibility that has to be submitted at the time of registration and documents verification after gettting admission.
