JMI: Admissions open for M.Sc. in Biotechnology; Apply by Oct 9

Jamia Milia Islamia invited online applications for admission to M.Sc. in Biotechnology latest by October 9, 2023.

The office of the Controller of Examinations at Jamia Milia Islamia invited applications for admission to the M.Sc. in Biotechnology supported by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, GoI through Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) score at Department of Biotechnology, JMI for the academic session 2023-24.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply through online mode on the JMI examinations' website i.e. www.jmicoe.in. The online application process started on September 29, 2023, and the last date to apply is October 9, 2023. Total number of seats are 10.

JMI M.Sc. in Biotechnology Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to have a B. Pharma./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biosciences/Biotechnology/Biotechnology (Voc.)/B.Sc. (Voc) in Biological Sc./Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics or in any area of Modern Biology with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. 

JMI M.Sc. in Biotechnology Application Process

Following is the application process for admission to JMI M.Sc. in Biotechnology:

• Candidates with qualifying GAT-B scores have to apply online through - https://jmicoe.in/.
• The list of candidates, in order of merit, will be displayed on the website of the controller of examinations, JMI (https:..jmicoe.in/).
• Admission will be confirmed to the students on satisfactory verification of the original documents including GAT-B scores, certificates mark sheets etc.

JMI to organise national conference from Oct 18 to Oct 19

The university is all set to organise a national conference on India , Central Asia, and the Arab World: History, Politics, and Society from October 18, 2023, to October 19, 2023.
