Hike in JNU Application Fee 2017

JNU Application Fee Hiked

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has hiked its entrance examination fee by 27%. Candidates are informed that this hike in fee would be applicable for the admission process for the academic session set to commence in 2017. Application fee has been hiked for both the entrance exams, JNUEE and JNU CEEB, which are conducted to offer admission to aspirants in courses offered by the university.

However, aspirants are informed that this hike in JNU fee would not be applicable to reserved category candidates, that is, SC, ST, physically disabled and below poverty line.

JNU entrance exam 2017 application fee hike would have to be borne by aspirants belonging to the following categories – General, OBC and Foreign Nationals.

Sources share that as part of Jawaharlal Nehru University application fee aspirants have to pay Rs 200 towards the cost of application form and transaction fee charged by Bank. The official website informs that the processing fee will be charged depending on the number of choices mentioned by the aspirant as mentioned below:
