ICAR AIEEA 2024 Application Process ended on May 15 2024. Candidates who wish to appear for the ICAR AIEEA Exam for the academic year 2025 should check out the official website because the tentative date for the IACR AIEEA 2025 Application process is the second week of April 2025.  

The ICAR AIEEA Application fee is based on the total subjects selected by the students, category and the exam centre. Those students who belong to the General category are required to submit INR 1200 and students who belong to the OBC, or EWS category are required to submit INR 600. The previous year, a total of 27,538 candidates registered for the ICAR AIEEA PG exam and out of them only 24,948 candidates appeared. NTA releases a list of Help Centres wherein candidates can visit to seek assistance in filling and submitting the application form. Each centre will have a dedicated in charge of helping applicants. There is no additional cost involved in getting help from the ICAR Help Centres.

Q:   When did the application form of ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 release?

A:

The application form for ICAR AIEEA PG exam was released on April 11, 2024. The official dates of application are out along with the release of the notification. 

The exam conducting authorities released the application window to fill the form in online mode only. Students must check eligibility criteria before filling the form.

Yes, National Testing Agency reopened the link to fill the application form of ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 exam on May 21, 2024. Students who wanted to fill the form and pay application fees can do it till May 23, 2024.

This is an opportunity for those who could not fill the form earlier.

ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by NTA to apply and appear for the ICAR AIEEA PG exam. The eligibility parameters are as follows:

1. Candidate should note that for admission to Master’s degree programmes through the entrance examination conducted by NTA, only the candidates having passed graduation with four/six (12+4/10+6 B.Sc. Ag./B.Tech.) / five years (B.V.Sc. & AH) / 5½ years (B.V.Sc. & AH) degree programme will be eligible. 

2. Equivalence of Degrees will be decided by the admitting university only. 

3. Candidates having Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ duration will not be considered for admission through ICAR AIEEA (PG)-2024 in AUs under ICAR-AU system except in few courses at two ICAR-Deemed to be Universities (DUs), viz. IARI and NDRI for which the eligibility criteria of the concerned ICAR-DU, including admission of graduates having passed with 3 years’ degree, would prevail for admission.

Things to keep in mind while filling ICAR AIEEA PG Application Form 2024

Students planning to approach  for ICAR AIEEA PG registration 2024 should note the below points:

  • Candidates can apply to a maximum of three participating central universities only. To apply to more than three universities, candidates need to pay the application fee again.
  • Candidates can opt for a maximum of 10 subjects.
  • The application form of a candidate will not be accepted by exam authorities till the application fee is paid successfully.
  • An email and SMS will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID and phone number on successful submission and fee payment of the application form.

The NTA does not ensure any modification in the category or sub-category (PwBD status) once a candidate submits the Application Form online and in any case. Also, no change will be entertained by the National Testing Agency after the declaration of the NTA Score for the Exam. Thus, the students are suggested to fill in the category/sub-category column very carefully. 

How to fill CUET ICAR AIEEA PG Application Form 2024

Candidates seeking admission could apply via online mode on the official website of the exam as per the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration

The first step is to register by visiting the official website of the examAfter this, they need to click on the 'New Registration' tab and read the instructions carefully before proceeding. In the next step, they have to fill the registration form with their personal, contact details and address and choose a password and security question. Upon entering the security pin, their registration process will be complete. Candidates will receive the username and password on their registered email and SMS. The mandatory fields to be filled in the registration form are as follows:

  • Candidate Name

  • Father’s Name

  • Mother’s Name

  • Guardian’s Name

  • Date of Birth from drop-down box

  • Gender

  • Nationality

  • Identity Type (Select a valid Photo Identity Card type)

  • Identity Card Number

  • Present and Permanent Address

  • Email ID

  • Mobile Number and Alternate Contact Number

  • Choose Password (8-13 characters with one special character, one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one numerical character)

  • Select a Security Question and Answer

  • Enter Security Pin

  • Verify the submitted details

  • Enter OTP sent on Mobile Number

Step 2: Application Process

Details that candidates need to fill in the ICAR AIEEA PG application form are as follows:

Personal Details: This section fetches information from the registration form and the additional details required are as follows:

  • Confirmation of PwBD category

  • Parent’s Qualification

  • Parent’s Occupation

  • Annual Family Income

  • Confirmation of Being a Twin

  • Domicile State

  • Confirmation of Being a Diabetic

  • Place of Residence

  • Mode of Preparation

  • Medium of Studying in Qualifying Education

  • Other Quota & Category Information and Confirmation such as BPL, Kashmiri Migrant, Ward of Defence Personnel/Ex-Serviceman, Claim for NCC Quota, Claim for Sports Quota, Ward of University Employee

Education Details:  In this section, candidates will have to enter their qualifying exam details such as the name of the board/college, passing year, marks obtained, and percentage scored. The fields to be filled are as follows:

Class 10 and Class 12 or Equivalent Education Details

The details to be filled in this section are as follows:

  • Result Status

  • Passing Year

  • Qualifying Examination

  • Place of Schooling

  • Type of School/College

  • Qualifying Examination Country, State and District

  • Board Name

  • School/College Name, Address and Pincode

  • Roll Number

  • Result Mode

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection : Candidates will have to choose two examination state and city choices in the preferential order in which they wish to appear for the exam.
Step 4: University/Programme Selection: Candidates will have to apply for one or more universities and programmes from the dropdown menu and click on the Add button. Candidates may change the selected universities/programmes by clicking on the ‘Update’ tab.

Step 5: Test Paper/Subject Selection: Candidates will have to select a minimum of three and a maximum 10 subjects or papers. Along with the subject selection, candidates will also have to select the medium or language of the question paper they wish to opt for. In case of selecting less than 10 subjects, candidates will have to select NA: Not Applicable option for the rest of the subject fields.

Step 6: Upload Photograph and Signature

At this stage, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications. The following table brings the details of the documents to be uploaded.

After this step, candidates will have to verify each and every detail entered and also verify their email id. They will receive an OTP in the email id and upon entering that, they will be redirected to the CUET 2023 application fee payment section.

Step 7: Application Fee Payment

Candidates will have to pay the application fee online (net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ Wallet). It may be noted that candidates’ application fee status (paid/ not paid) would appear on the form.

The detailed breakup of the application fee amount will be given on the screen along with the payment windows, which are:

  • State Bank of India

  • Canara Bank

  • ICICI Bank

  • Paytm

After that, candidates will have to select the payment mode among Net Banking, Cards and UPI and complete the payment process.

Upon successful payment, an application confirmation message will be displayed on the screen and the confirmation message and PDF will be sent to the candidates’ registered email ID as well.

ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Application Form - Mistakes to Avoid

Candidates must note that the NTA can reject the application form for certain reasons. Hence, students are advised to avoid the following mistakes:

  • Avoid uploading a blurred image of your signature

  • Use plain white paper as the background while scanning the images

  • Make sure to upload the qualification certificates as demanded

What After ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Application Process

After completing the ICAR AIEEA PG application process, candidates will have to preserve the following information:

  • Application Confirmation Page printout and soft copy

  • ICAR AIEEA PG Credentials (Registration/Application Number and Password)

  • Documents uploaded in the application form

  • Verify the details entered and make a list of corrections/changes to be done during the Application Correction window.

ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Application Password Retrieve and Reset Process

In case a candidate has forgotten the application password, he/she can retrieve the same by following the below procedure:

  • Visit the NTA  official website

  • Click on the Log-in tab

  • Click on the Forgot Password

  • Enter the Security Question Answer

  • The password will be sent to the registered email id

In case candidates wish to reset the password, candidates will have to follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the ICAR AIEEA PG official website

  • Click on the Log-in tab

  • Click on the ‘Reset/Change Password’ tab

  • A link will be mailed to the registered email id

  • Click on the link and change/reset the password

How to Make ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Application Correction

Students must follow the steps mentioned here to easily make corrections to the ICAR AIEEA PG Application Form:

Step 1: Students must visit the official website.

Step 2: Students need to click on the "Sign In" tab on the top right side of the page. 

Step 3: Students must fill in their password, application number and security pin.

Step 4: Then, the candidate needs to click on the 'application correction' tab.

Step 5: The candidate will receive an OTP on their registered email address or mobile number.

Step 6: After filling in the OTP students can make the required changes.

Step 7: Once, the candidate verifies all the filled details they can click on the 'submit' tab.

In case of a change of category, the fee was changed accordingly. The correction was applicable only after payment of an additional fee if any.

The syllabus for both exams, NEET and ICAR is the same because both classes 11 and 12 syllabus is included for these entrance exam preparation . There is only one difference and that is the exam pattern. However, with practice one should be able to crack both exams.
