JEST syllabus 2025 consists of important topics from the previous year's question papers, which are conducted by the exam conducting authority SERB. However, the previous ear syllabus was changed and then released along with the official notification by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). 

There are some important topics related to different subjects like Neuroscience, Physics and Theoretical Computer Science that are also included in the JEST Syllabus and the subjects in which a PhD is offered through JEST at the participating institutes. The JEST 2025 Application Process will start in the first week of January month tentatively. for candidates who wish to pursue graduate and postgraduate level courses. Candidates must also learn about the JEST Exam Pattern to prepare well for the JEST Exam 2025, by making an exam strategy.

Q:   What is the level of questions in JEST Examination?

A:

The level of questions in the Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) examination is generally designed to assess the candidate's knowledge, understanding, and problem-solving skills in their chosen field of study. The level of questions can vary depending on the subject and sub-discipline within the field.

However, it is estimated that the questions are based on the general syllabi of graduation and post-graduation level courses offered by various Indian universities and institutions. JEST question papers usually are not made available. However, some questions from previous year's examinations are available.

Q:   Is there a different set of exams to be conducted for taking admission into admission to PhD and Int. PhD programme?

A:

Applicants who are planning to appear in the JEST 2024 exam should note that there is only a single exam being conducted named as JEST. This exam is conducted for admission to both PhD as well as Int. PhD courses. Applicants need not to fill and apply for any other exams.

Those who qualify the exams need to separately apply for different institutes of their choice for taking admission into their desired courses.
