JEST 2025 Exam Date has been published on the official website, the JEST Exam 2025 is going to be held in different exam centres in India on February 23, 2025 (Sunday). The JEST 2025 Application Process will start in the first week of January month, tentatively.  Knowing the important dates and upcoming events helps candidates to prepare themselves in advance and their experience of the admission process goes a lot smoother than they thought. 

The JEST Result is tentative to be released in the third week of March 2025 along with the JEST 2025 Cutoff for PhD and Integrated PhD courses. The JEST Exam is conducted once a year and it is a National Level exam for candidates to pursue PhD and Integrated PhD courses in various subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The final Answer Key will be out in the third week of March 2025, tentatively on the official website for candidates to get an idea about their overall scores for the JEST exam. 

The Final Answer Key is released after the release of the provisional answer key where exam takers can raise objections against the provisional answer key along with a proper explanation and answer that supports their objection.

The JEST 2024 exam was conducted on March 3, 2024. IIST released JEST results on March 26, 2024 in online mode on the official website. 

Along with declaration of the result, IIST also released the scorecard and cutoff marks. The score of JEST 2024 will be valid for admission to the academic year 2024-25 only. Scores and candidate data would be shared with the University where he or she has applied.

The JEST cutoff mark varied for both Ph.D and Integrated Ph.D courses. It was released by the authorities after declaration of the result. The JEST cutoff was prepared on the basis of correct answer key. 

It can be accessed by visiting the official website. This year JEST cutoff marks for PhD course 36 and for Int. PhD course it was 30.33
