at Delhi University, North Campus

Candidates can apply for DU admission via Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Before applying for the course, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. To apply students can visit NTA official website. After the entrance test, the cutoff marks are made available beind the login on the official samarth portal of the university. At the time of CUET registration, aspirants must selection DU as a preference.

DU admission for 2025 will open soon. Currently, the applications are open for PhD programme till Dec 10, 2024. Admission in Delhi University is based on CUET-UG and CUET-PG scores. Below are the upcoming events for DU admission:

• The CUET PG registration process 2025 for admission to PG courses is expected to begin during the last week of Dec 2024, tentatively.
• The CUET UG registration process 2025 for admission to UG courses will commence tentatively during the last week of Feb 2025. The CUET UG 2025 exam dates will be announced soon.

DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. The university and its affiliated colleges was attracting the cream layer of crowd till the time admission was subject to Class 12 scores. While reserved category candidates still had minor chances of getting into a not-so-popular course of DU with 60% in Class 12, a General category student with 60% had no chance of getting into any good college or course at DU. 

However, starting 2022, DU admission process has shifted to CUET-UG based admission process. Those with a valid score in CUET UG exam who have passed their Class 12 are eligible to take admission now. While the chances of getting into a good DU college are still low at this score, the chances of getting a seat have increased now (provided you score extremely well in CUET UG).

* Course Curriculum: The course is designed to make students industry-ready. It covers field observations, school experience programs, and practical training.

* Placement: About 80% of students get placed easily, with salaries ranging from INR2 LPA to INR5 LPA. Some even receive offers up to INR12 LPA. Internships are also available, with around 60% of students getting selected.

* Infrastructure: Facilities include modern classrooms, libraries, labs, and hostels. Food is available at reasonable prices (around INR5,000 per month).

* Scholarships: Some students have received scholarships, making the programme more accessible.

* College Life: Clubs and events are organized regularly, providing opportunities for socializing and skill-building. However, some areas may need improvement, such as cleanliness and maintenance.

In conclusion, Delhi University's Faculty of Law seems to offer a strong B.Ed program, with dedicated teachers, a relevant curriculum, and decent placement prospects. While there may be areas for improvement, overall, the university appears to provide a solid foundation for students pursuing a career in education.

Delhi University does not follow a dress code. The students are free to wear casual clothing. Delhi University offers UG courses based on CUET UG exam. Based on the DU B.Com Hons. cutoff 2024, It is not possible to get into DU with 500 score as the cutoffs for all the affiliated colleges under Delhi University were comparatively above than the score of 500. Further, DU CUET UG cutoff 2024 ranged from 608 to 758 for the General AI category candidates for B.Com Hons. However, cutoffs can vary as per the courses, for some courses, it is below and for other, it is above.
