NANNAYACET Counselling 2023 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

NANNAYACET 2023: Admission to PG courses are now done through state level CET- AP PGCET.

NANNAYACET Counselling 2023 is conducted online and students who have secured acceptable rank, will have to visit the respective colleges to verify their documents and will be provided with scratch cards for the web option round. The NANNAYACET counselling is as such that candidates who cleared NANNAYACET 2023 and qualify, will be called for the counselling session where students will have to fill the choices and preferences for the PG course applied for. Candidates are shortlisted and will have to bring in the required documents and pay the academic fees.

NANNAYACET Counselling Centres

Candidates can visit either of the counselling centres which are as follows:

Government (A) College, Rajamahendravaram	AKNU MSN Campus, Kakinada
CH.S.D.St. Theresa College of Wome (A), Eluru	D.N.R. College (A), Bhimavaram

NANNAYACET Admission Information

Students and candidates will be called for counselling on the following basis:

Admission shall be based on the rank secured in NANNAYACET 2023, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.
The student will have to bring in their respective documents at the time of counselling.
After the verification of the certificates, candidates will receive their original documents.
The conversion of reserved / special category seats into other category will not be made in the first phase counselling.
The student has to select the course of study through web options.
Candidates who did not claim their reservation / special category at the time of submission of their applications will also be allowed under that particular category subject to production of original certificates.
Cancellation of seats will be made with 90% refund of the total fee prescribed before completion of the first phase of counselling and 80% refund of the total fee prescribed before completion of second phase counselling and with no fee refund after the second phase of counselling.

Candidates who are called in for the counselling session are required to bring along the below-mentioned documents.

Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate	Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination.
Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied.	Migration Certificate (for candidates from other Universities)
Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificate).	Study Certificates for the last seven years or Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.
Intermediate original certificate.	Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/ Minority candidates.
Valid latest income certificate issued by M.R.O./ Thasildar if fee concession is claimed (the validity of income certificate is for six months from the date of issue).	4 recent passport size Photos.
Candidates opting for admission under NCC/Sports/CAP/PH/NSS quota shall produce relevant original certificate, in addition to the above.	Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person.
Physical fitness certificate from an Asst. Civil Surgeon.	One set of Photostat copies of all the above certificates
