SGTU MBBS cutoff list is prepared as per the applicants NEET score. The cutoff is the minimum exam score required for a candidate to become eligible for admission to the course. Additionally, it can also be candidates rank in the national-level exam. In 2021, the last round closing rank was 287374 for the general All-India category candidates.

Yes, SGT University offers four-year BPharm course in a full-time mode. The university also offers two-year BPharm (practice) course for working professionals. Candidates shall check the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for either of these UG pharmacy courses. The selection is merit-based followed by an interview round. However, the university may also accept CUET score and admit candidates through HSTES counselling.

In 2023, Outlook ranked SGT University at #25 position under the Medicine and Health Sciences. The course curriculum at the SGT medical college is also well-structured and comprehensive. Thus, it shall provide a candidate, strong foundation in basic sciences, practical skills, and clinical knowledge. The BSc Nursing course total fee include various components, such as caution money, tuition fee, hostel fee, alumni association, etc. Some of the components, such as caution deposit are one-time chargeable. For admission to the MBA course at SGT University, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized university/ institute.

The candidate must secure at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) to be eligible for admission.

CAT/MAT or XAT-qualified candidates are also considered for admission.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is an entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduation programs offered by various central, state, private and deemed universities. Candidates willing to take admission to undergraduation programme in streams like Science, Humanities, Commerce, Law and Management must appear for the CUET UG exam when conducted.

The entrance examination assesses candidates at various levels: Language, domain knowledge and general aptitude. CUET UG is conducted annually in computer based mode. CUET UG scores are accepted by more than 300 universities across India. 

There are a total of 825 seats for BSc courses at SGT University. The seat intake varies for each of the course specialisation. Students are admitted as per the selection criteria and sanctioned seat count. Moreover, the maximum number of seats are for BSc in Agriculture - 120 followed by Nursing and Clinical Psychology - 100. It must be noted that the seat intake mentioned here is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is however, subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Yes, SGT University has seats reserved for students belonging to the state of Haryana. It follows the provisions of section 35 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. Hence, the university has 25% of seats reserved for students from the Haryana state. Out of this, 10% are reserved for Scheduled Caste category candidates. Moreover, to avail a reserved seat, candidates have to submit the relevant documents. 

Candidates who meet the SGT University BSc eligibility criteria become eligible for admission. It is basically the minimum educational qualification required for a student to be eligible to pursue the UG course. The minimum qualification required is Class 12 pass with a minimum of 55% to 60% aggregate. Further, the BSc course-wise subject combinations required are mentioned in the following table:

The NEET MDS 2025 application fee will vary according to the candidate categories. Last year, the NEET MDS application fee for the General and OBC category candidates was INR 3,500. For the reserved category candidates such as the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Person with a disability (PWD), the application fee was INR 2,500. Last year, the fee amount was reduced from the previous year, which was INR 4,250 and INR 3,250 for Open and reserved category candidates. It is expected that the NEET MDS 2025 application fee will remain the same as last year. The application fee has to be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking modes. 

NEET MDS 2025 exam will be conducted on January 31, 2025. NBE announced the exam date on November 27, 2024, through a common exam calendar. However, since the application form is yet to be announced, the exam date may get postponed. NBEMS is yet to announce an official confirmation. NEET MDS is a computer-based test of three hours duration, scheduled from 9 AM to 12 noon. 

The eligibility criteria defines the minimum educational qualification required for a candidate to become eligible for course admission. The SGT University MBBS eligibility criteria is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have passed Class 12 and studied Physics, Chemistry,  Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects individually. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for General-PWD and 40% for reserved categories).

Further, the aspirants must hold the relevant documents (original/copies) as well. These documents are required for verification purposes.

NEET or the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test involves various stages or events. The dates for each event are announced by the exam conducting body, National Testing Agency (NTA), in advance. Candidates can join SGT University only after getting shortlisted for the applied course. The selection criteria varies course-wise.
