BIT Mesra PhD Admission 2024: Fee & Eligibility
The Institute offers PhD programme twice a year in January and July in disciplines at Mesra and its Off Campuses. The minimum duration of the PhD course is three years. Based on the performance in the entrance test, academic performance and Interview, candidates are selected for this course. Given below are the minimum eligibility criteria for the PhD course:
Eligibility: Master's degree in a relevant branch from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a ten-point scale in the qualifying examinations is eligible to apply for admission in the relevant departments.

BIT Mesra PhD Admission 2024: How to Apply?
Candidates seeking admission need to visit the official website of BIT Ranchi to register. Follow the step-wise BIT Mesra application process as mentioned below to fill out the application form:
Step 1: Visit the official website and click on “Apply online” to register for the program and create a password for the application process.
Step 2: Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form in an online mode only.
Step 3: Pay the application fee of INR1,500 for General / OBC /EWS candidates and INR 1,000/ for SC/ST candidates through an online payment gateway.
Step 4: Submit the required documents and click on the 'submit now' button.
