Dissatisfied due to the placement here.

Placements: Upto 40-50% get the placement in the IT domain and just less than 10% get the placement in the core domain. The highest was 20 lpa, the lowest can be 3 lpa, and the average will be 8-9 lpa. Nvidia, Infineon are some of the companies. Only 20-30 get the internship in the core domain and only in startup companies if available.

Not a good college for pharmacy.

Placements: Only 18 students got the placement in the batch of 54 students, and that too the salary of just 18 thousand per month. Only one came for placement, and that was Cipla, which offered an apprenticeship role in the company. We students didn't have any kind of internship or placement opportunities even after spending 15 lacs of rupees.

Faculty was good in this college.

Placements: In my college, some students get placed in a marketing profile but there is no other profile. Various types of companies usually come to this college, like McKinsey, Aditya Birla, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Reliance company and some other companies.

Bit Mesra - A college dream of many, sacrifice of many .

Placements: The placement scenario of passing out batch was acceptable. The branches like CSE and IT enjoyed good PPO and placement, while other batches did not have very great placement. I would say almost 70% students were placed, and the top recruiters for CSE were Microsoft, with top roles like SDE I, etc. The highest package was 45 LPA, and the lowest, I am not aware of but a median of 11 LPA was maintained in CSE and IT branch. Some students had internships in Bangalore, Goofle, microsoft and jubillia...

In 2022, the highest package was 58 LPA and the median was 14 LPA, but it declined a little in 2023; the lowest was around 6 LPA. Top companies do visit, like Nvidia. Birla Institute of Technology Ranchi Mesra Review.

Placements: Our college placements are decent, with the average package for CSE being 21 Lacs and for my branch, EEE, it's around 12 Lacs. All students can get on-campus placements, and there are also off-campus placements available. 80 percent of students got placed last year. My plan after graduation is to pursue an MBA by taking the CAT exam.

Placements: Placement season for the year 2023-24 was deeply affected due to a recession. Only 74% of students were placed. Although apart from this year, the average placement is around 95%, with the average package being around 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deshaw, Qualcomm, Adobe, Intel.

Placements: Almost 90% of students at our college were placed where the highest package offered was around 30 lacs CTC, the lowest being 7 lacs CTC. Top recruiting companies in circuital branches like Accenture, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, and Siemens, and in non-circuital branches like Tata Motors, Tata Steel, and L&T, are the top companies that come to our college for recruiting graduates. Unfortunately, in our batch and in our course, only 10% of students have secured internships at these companies...

Birla Institute of technology, Mesra is a beautiful place for studying and having fun.

Placements: Placements at BIT Mesra are good in the circuital branches. Companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, and Microsoft visit the campus for placements. But for the non-circuital branches, it can be a little tough; its not like companies do not visit the campus but the package is not very good.

Fees is high, but productive.

Placements: The placement opportunities in the circuital branches are exceptional and can be compared to those in new IITs and some established ones. Even during a recession, the placements remain decent, if not better than before. However, in core branches, the placements are average and not entirely satisfactory. Nevertheless, the academic environment is highly enriching. The introduction of relative grading has made the study schedule rigorous, but there are various clubs and societies available for stud...

The fees at GFTI are higher, but the college offers a wide range of skill development programs.

Placements: In my program, the majority of students, 70% to be exact, secured on-campus placements. The branch with the highest package offered is 52 LPA, while the average package stands at 12 LPA. Speaking specifically about my branch, the highest package offered is 28 LPA, with an average of 10 LPA. Renowned companies like Wipro, Tata, and several others actively participate in the recruitment process. Additionally, students have the opportunity to secure valuable internships.
