Absolutely dissatisfied because of facilities, really good infrastructure and crowd.

Placements: There is no placement for interior design students, and the facilities for the design department are lacking. The department is slowly growing, but the fees are increasing a lot every year.

Good in teaching but for practicals have less instruments in lab

Placements: In BSC there is no placement in Chandigarh university. In my class on one is placed in any company. For internship they only send one email to the respective laboratories so only 2-3 students get internship but mostly students do not get internships.

CU is not worth the hype.

Placements: Do not expect to get placed by the university. Placements are here a scam. You need to work hard by yourself in order to get placed by the university. The university would provide you with the opportunities but at the end, it's all your skills that would help you with the placement.

I will suggest that, all that glitters is not gold. The infrastructure of this university is good.

Placements: I'm a student in the B.Sc. Biotechnology department, and the university gives priority only to B.Tech (CSE) students for placement. Even though they never take us once for an industrial visit yet, it's our 4th semester. So I will suggest you never take admission at this university .

Our college is a safe and good place to study in.

Placements: Our college provides average placements. We are given placements in other courses. Diversity in placements is lacking, i.e., fashion illustrator, pattern maker, seamstress, etc., are some of the jobs.

It is an average college.

Placements: I didn't get placed till now as I'm in the second year. Placements provided in our college are average. One of our seniors got placed in a shopping mall.

I am not satisfied with the management, although the campus is great.

Placements: We are the 1st batch, so the placements are provided yet. Central, state, regional and forensic science laboratories and private corporations are the main recruiters. A lot of us were allowed to do internships in central forensic science labs for one month on the university's recommendation letter. Forensic lab assistant roles are offered. Overall, I am not satisfied with the university.

It is a decent college, with average placements and a tough crowd.

Placements: The number of students and the competition are quite high, and hence the quality of placements is not as good as one would expect. You will need to stand out from the crowd in order to get placed. The average salary package is around 3 LPA.

CU is average and not satisfactory.

Placements: About 70% of students were placed in many big companies like Digitoons and Prayan Animations. Students starting salary was somewhere between Rs.30000 - Rs.40000 per month and the highest went up to Rs.55000 per month depending on the portfolio of the students. Almost 90% of students got internships.

It is an average college.

Placements: The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Only 5% of students in our course got placed. Roles are offered according to our specialisation. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. Companies mainly select 7% of students. This course is so costly. It contains regular assignments. Study pressure is not there, but assignment pressure is there.

Kills creativity of the student, no imagination and don't fall for the images.

Placements: They hold a joint placements seminar in which NITians and IITians also take part. They show the highest package is of worth 22 LPA, but the truth is the guys who take that kind of package with them is a NITian or an IITian from nearby places. There is IIT Ropar near to the university. The people from this university get around 3-5 LPA package, and sometimes even with an engineering background not more than 8 LPA.

I am pursuing hotel management course in this university and this is the best university in India. This university delivers best education and vast practical knowledge. Also the placement record of this university are amazing. Infrastructure and academics are also good and classes are well organized.

Looks are deceptive. Please do not fall for the marketing of the college.

Placements: Placements after a B.Sc. in biotechnology are generally not very high. Companies come for sure, but it depends on your skill set in this particular field. An average of INR 20k–25k per month in salary is offered. Roles like medical scribe, research analyst, etc. are offered. Most people choose to do a Masters after a B.Sc. in biotechnology. Companies like Bharat Serum, Jarvo, and IDS Mohali offer placements.

Our college infrastructure is excellent and the campus is beautiful.

Placements: In our college, only 1% of students were placed. Not many placement options exist. Only 2 to 3 companies hire students. Those companies were not related to the course. Placements were not good at all.

In the way of unpressured survey.

Placements: To begin with, the foremost reason is that mainly percentage of the student does require in way to get the better placement in their live but this maybe possible when many of them know about practical knowledge despite that companies always shown their interest in other universities. Less pupil were taken by these companies. Hyatt, Oberoi and Radisson in the year 2018. Besides that, the average package would be considered in INR 4 Lacs to INR 5 Lacs yearly, which might be not worthy for anyone.

It is a good college, but the issue is regarding placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much better as the college said before taking admission. Only a few of our seniors got placed through campus placements. Placements don't depend on the academic percentage of students, as it depends on your skills and ability. Mostly, the academically average students get placed. Companies come like Mahindra and Kothari automobile companies.
