Yes, CUSAT conducts Cochin University of Science and Technology Common Admission Test for providing admission to Integrated BSc-MSc courses. Based on CUSAT CAT result, rank list is prepared after completion of CUSAT CAT. The CUSAT CAT examination is a computer-based test (CBT) test conducted for a duration of 3 hours. The syllabus of CUSAT CAT includes chapters and topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics that are relevant from the examination point of view. CUSAT CAT syllabus is of Class 11 and Class 12 standard.

Candidates wishing to apply for CUSAT BTech course must pass CUSAT CAT exam. The exam authorities conducts the CUSAT CAT 2025 for a duration of three hours, and the exam is conducted in online mode (a computer-based test).
