Choose CUSAT because it's a good option and you are going to get a great exposure.
Placements: The placement cell is very active and help students get various placements. Safety is of 100 percent placement. Adani Gas is the top recruiter. The placement preparation is also very good here. We get great training and guidance before the interview.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at this university are equipped with smart boards and Wi-Fi, which makes learning much easier. The labs are also very good. The Mech lab, which every student in the mechanical, civil, and safety departments has to go to in the first semester, is very well-equipped. There is also a fully functional thermal lab and machine shop.
Faculty: CUSAT is a Tier 1 college. The teachers here are very nice and experienced, although not all of them. As you know, if there's a good teacher, there's bound to be a bad one as well, but the majority of the teachers here are good. The curriculum is wide-ranging and very helpful. It will help us become a good engineer after the course.
Other: Good campus life.

Good placements till now.
Placements: My department has got good placements. Last year, out of 26 students, 24 of them got placed. The package varies from 4 LPA to 16 LPA. You will be able to join IT field companies and also mainly core companies. The companies include Reliance, L&T, Teachnook, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: The students are allotted hostels. You will get all the facilities in the hostel. You have Wi-Fi, safe drinking water, a TV room, carrom, table tennis, etc. inside the hostel. You will also have a mess in the hostel. The food is average, and there is a university library available. Students can use the student lounge in the library till 11 PM, which is a very good thing.
Faculty: The teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher. Some of them are very good, and some of them are just average. But you will be able to easily pass the exams. You have to try for internships, and you will get help from seniors. You don't need to study like an entrance exam to pass the exams.
Other: The campus is very active. You have good freedom.

Nice college with pleasant vibe.
Placements: Poor placement with below-average LPA. Many students get placed, but the annual income is very poor. Mainly, the majority of the students get placements in many companies, but the majority LPA is less than 8lcs. However, some students get good packages with higher LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is very poor, but the ambiance and vibe with friends give so many memories. The faculty in charge of the hostel is also very nice and friendly, but the main problem is the mess food; it is very poor. The curries are like flowing water, but the atmosphere is very nice.
Faculty: Teachers are very nice; the majority of them are youngsters with a friendly vibe. The college atmosphere is very cool and chill, but the exams are very tough. If you have a chance to get admission in another university, then go and take admission in that university; don't get trapped in KTU.

Satisfied with the college life. But dissatisfied with the lack of a competitive environment.
Placements: Placement is available to almost 100% of students. But the quality will vary, so most people prefer litigation. The highest package is 80,000 per month. The lowest is 20,000. Infosys, Malappuram Finance, etc. are the top recruiters. It is mandatory to do internships. So all students do internships. The faculty members are helpful in recommending us to top institutions for performing internships. However, paid internships are very few in number. Legal advisory is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, digital libraries, physical libraries, and software such as Manupatra and Grammarly are provided to students, and bus facilities for students in Kochi; however, Manupatra remote access is not given. Hostel facilities are also provided with only RS 400/month. The quality of food is good as the mess is run by students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. All permanent faculty members have a Ph.D. in a specific forte. There is a well-structured moot court committee and a research club to facilitate moot court culture and research. Curriculum is based on the latest legal developments and is constantly updated, offering great help for students. Semester exams are relatively moderate. The pass percentage is also high, with around a 92% pass mark in the final semester.
Other: The campus life is a top experience. You meet a lot of highly qualified colleagues from the law department as well as the engineering department. These relationships will be of great help while building your law career. Political parties are also active. The biggest concern is the basic infrastructure facilities like toilets, washrooms, Manupatra remote access, sick rooms, etc. There are a lot of hostel fests, department fests, and student union activities like the Cochin University Film Festival, SARGAM (arts), Astra (sports), Kurukshetra (sports), and various other fests. Lots of clubs are active, like the Research Club, Moot Court Committee, Chess Club, etc.

It is one of the best colleges for MCA.
Placements: About 75%-80% of placements are offered every year across the country and abroad. Students get the opportunity to work in good job positions. They can also secure placements in IT companies and banks. Department-wise placement training has been provided since last year, which is very helpful for students in securing jobs.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure of the college is poor and requires improvement. Classrooms are spacious, but cleanliness needs attention as there is dust present. College is situated in a hilly area with pleasant weather, but it lacks proper connectivity to city life. Wi-Fi and LAN internet facilities are provided for students.
Faculty: All faculty members are well-qualified. Classes are conducted with the help of presentations and project is completed every semester. Syllabus is well-updated and highly advanced. Especially, teaching faculty members are supportive in enhancing students knowledge at both theoretical and application levels. Pass rate is 80%.

Infrastructure: Free unlimited Wi-Fi campus, good lab facilities, and good lab assistance. Every time we can use the lab, digital classroom with fully functioning light and fan, big library with lots of books, hostel facilities are provided by the college, and the food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and we can ask anything to them. They are too friendly to us. Teachers are well-qualified professionals with outstanding knowledge. The course curriculum is well-relevant and easily understandable to all. It makes students industry-ready but needs to improve. Semesters are not difficult. If we study hard, we can get it. The pass percentage is 40 with an internal of 35.
Other: I like to study about electronics; that's why I chose the course. It teaches us good knowledge about technology. Practical needs to be improved more than theory. Events are there, campus crowd is there, good connectivity, good surrounding of the campus. Scholarships are provided, and extracurricular activities are there.
