    Q:   Is MA available at DU?

    A: 

    Delhi University offers full-time MA in multiple specialisations from a number of DU-affiliated colleges. The duration of the programme is two years. Starting 2023, DU admission to all the PG courses will be subject to CUET PG scores seat allotment. Candidates who qualify for the exam have to apply on the official website for final seat allotment.

    Q:   How to apply for admission in M.A. Persian at DU?

    A: 
    Starting in 2022, DU admission will be subject to DUET for PG courses. However, Delhi University M.A. Admission 2021 was offered in two categories: Direct Admission and through Entrance Test. Also, along with the entrance exam, interview rounds are also conducted for admission to Delhi University M.A. Programme.

    Placements: 68% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 8 Lacs to 10 Lacs, the lowest package offered in my course is 6 Lacs to 8 Lacs, and the average package offered in my course is 9 Lacs. 78% of students got internships in my course and at all top companies.
    Infrastructure: The quality of facilities available in my course is good. There is a good quality hostel facility available for students and mess and canteen facilities are available, which include good quality food availability, sports and games facilities. The facilities and infrastructure available for my course are Wi-Fi, classrooms, library and labs.
    Faculty: This is curriculum relevant; it makes students industry-ready. Their teachers teaching skills are very good and helpful for students; teachers are highly qualified, educated, professional and knowledgeable. 92% is the passing percentage of students in the semester exam.

    Placements: This university is ideal for arranging internships. 91% of candidates are placed and the university teachers are very supportive and helpful. Thanks to our university's many corporate connections, you always have the opportunity to settle down and lead a successful life. Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Byju's, TCS, and others have visited this location. Applicants work as copywriters, editorial managers, PR specialists, etc.
    Infrastructure: My college has an amazing infrastructure. Our college facilities include a large library, and all equipment was well maintained throughout the laboratory. Our college has Wi-Fi. Our college offers everything like classrooms, cafeterias, multi-dining facilities, a secretary, etc. My college offers available medical and physiotherapy facilities.
    Faculty: Our college teachers are professional and friendly. They are very helpful and caring. They care about each student with academic or personal challenges. They are competent and knowledgeable. The teaching method is also good and ethical. Our semester exams are not difficult because if you study well, you can get good marks. Now our college is independent.

    Full of events, activities, best crowd is there.
    Placements: Approximately 83% of students were accepted into our program. In the Sanskrit course, the average salary was 2.2 to 4 Lacs per annum, the maximum salary was 6 to 8 Lacs and the average salary was 4 to 5 Lacs per annum. Some students complete an internship. This course covers professions like school teachers, language teachers, translators, content writers, Sanskrit professors, and others.
    Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure and facilities such as Wi-Fi, laboratories, library, classrooms and departments. The food is very hygienic, the catering and canteen are very clean, sports and games are carried out, cultural events are included, and medical facilities are available.
    Faculty: The faculty members were highly qualified and had studied in college outside of other IITs. They are very helpful and if students read them with interest, they will help students in many ways. The quality of the training was excellent and they will provide additional information and resources to students. With a success rate of over 84% the exam was easy to pass.

    My college scholar provides rules and category-based support.
    Placements: Around 83% of students were accepted into our course. The maximum package offered is 7.5 LPA, the minimum is 3 LPA, and the average is 4.8 LPA. Top private schools, secondary schools, primary schools, etc. offer placements. Available positions include teaching assistant, full-time teacher, part-time teacher, and more. The university offers every student a good opportunity. In addition to providing internships in various colleges or teaching organizations, we also provide internships in training centers and schools in various public schools and private schools. Such training helps students acquire professional knowledge, which they hone by joining various reputed academic societies and institutes.
    Infrastructure: All the faculty members are really helpful. They use intelligent technological methods to constantly educate us. Of course, the entire team from all departments helps. The most current curriculum is always used. All teachers are highly certified. In fact, the relationship between students and institutions is good. Medical facilities and sports facilities are available at our college.
    Faculty: All teachers are very helpful, qualified, and friendly. The quality of their teaching is good, and the curriculum prepares students for employment. If you study every day, you can easily complete the exams in a semester. The success rate is good, and the teachers give us lots of certificates.

    Best for lower income groups.
    Placements: Only 30-40% of students across all courses in the college were placed last year. The highest package offered was 12 LPA. The average package offered was 5 LPA. The lowest package offered was between 3-4 LPA. Local and new companies and firms visit every year for recruitment. No internships were offered by college.
    Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are excellent. There are many classrooms and libraries available for studying. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and in the labs. There is a ground and vollyball court on campus. The quality of canteen food is average but hygienic. Medical facilities with 4 beds are available.
    Faculty: Course curriculum of our course is not very relevant, because it is stuck to books and theories only. Teachers teach in their own way and do not help students. They only teach us and leave. Semester exams are moderately difficult and are held twice a year. Passing marks is around 40%.

    Q:   How can I get admission in DU to pursue MA? I have completed BA from Punjabi University, Patiala.

    A: 

    Delhi University MA admission till 2021 was offered in two categories: Direct Admission and Through Entrance Test. Also, along with the entrance exam, interview rounds are also conducted for admission to Delhi University MA programme. There is no minimum age limit to take admission to the MA programme offered by the university. However, DU PG admission 2022-23 was subject to a valid score in DUET as announced by the University. Starting 2023, the admission process of DU for its postgraduate courses, such as MA will be subject to the CUET-PG exam conducted by NTA.

    DU has not released its placement report 2023. However, as per the data collated from the DU NIRF report 2023, the key highlights of DU placements 2022 are presented below for the two-year PG courses including MA:

    Q:   When will the DU admission form be out?

    A: 

    DU registrations via CUET 2023 for UG programmes began on Feb 10, 2023 and were open till Mar 30, 2023. Additionally, for admission to PG courses, DU CUET-PG registrations for the 2023 session started on Mar 20 and were open till May 5. Interested candidates were able to apply online on the official website of CUET UG and CUET PG.

    Followed by the application forms of CUET UG and CUET PG, DU has already started the DU CSAS registration for final college and course allotment of students who qualified the CUET UG exam. The process will begin soon for CUET PG qualifiers as well.

    Q:   What is the registration fee for UR category at DU for MA admission?

    A: 

    All the Unreserved category candidates who seek admission to MA at DU are required to apply for CUET PG exam. Candidates can apply for three papers and the application fees are given in the following table:
