DIT is the first choice for studying an engineering.
Placements: The placements of this college are good, especially for computer science branch. Dream companies like Amazon and Adobe come to this college and select 6-7 students every year. Around 80% of the students are placed every year. The highest salary offered was 24 LPA, and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. There is a placement cell which helps students stay motivated to get their jobs. Around 50% of the students were provided internship by the college. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 60,000 and the lowest was Rs. 3,000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is really beautiful. The view from the college is great. The computer labs are very hi-tech. The Wi-Fi speed on the campus is fast. There is a big canteen in the college. Cafe Coffee Day is also located in the college. The hostel rooms are big and good. Till now, I did not face any infrastructure related issue in the college.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are very helpful and knowledgeable. The student to faculty ratio is 44:1. We were taken on an industrial visit to Infosys, Chandigarh. The course curriculum is very useful. The teachers of this college are well-qualified. The teaching quality of the teachers is excellent.
Other: The events organised by the college are great. Celebrities like Javed Ali, Akbar Swami, Jassi Gill have performed in the college.
