The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is above average.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very nice and relevant to our course. This course is relevant. It makes the students industry ready. The difficulty level of the semester exam is above average, and the pass percentage is 50.
Other: I chose this course because it has a lot to offer, including numerous job opportunities, competitive salaries, work-life balance and more.

Overall, it was not a good experience.
Placements: Our college has a bad placement record. No student got placed as no companies visit the campus. None of the students got internships. Neither faculty member helped to get an internship. Students who wanted a job applied off-campus as no companies arrived in the final year.
Infrastructure: Our college had a good infrastructure. All lab equipment was available. Every book was available in the library. It had a good canteen with good hygiene. Hostel facilities were good and rooms were quite big for the accommodation of 2 students. Every department had its well-equipped labs.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were qualified, but they were not helpful. The course curriculum was not defined. No practicals were held. You have to give the theory exam only. I had the worst experience. I would not recommend anyone joining this college.

    I am dissatisfied with everything.
Placements: Almost 20% of the students got placed. The salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Only 2 companies, C Core and Collabera visited our campus for placements. The software engineer was the top role offered to students. None of the students got an internship from our course.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available, but the speed is poor. Facilities of labs classrooms and library were good. I don't have any idea about the hostels as I don't stay at the hostel. But the food served in the canteen was very unhygienic. The medical facility was not that good. There were sport and games in our college.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. But the quality of teaching was not good everything was theoretical, there was nothing practical. The course curriculum was relevant, but it didn't make students industry-ready as everything was taught to pass the semester exam.
Other: I have chosen this course as I like to learn about new technologies. The best thing about my course is that you get to learn many things every day. There should be more practical knowledge. There were no fests organised at our college. The scholarship was also not provided to students.

I can say that I am satisfied but the college administration and placements need to be improved.
Placements: In the year of around 2018, around 25-30% of students were placed and the package range was from 1.8lpa to 3lpa. The average package was 2.4lpa. Some of the companies where the students GOT placed were C-Core India Technosolutions, NIIT, Collabera, Samsung, and many more.
Infrastructure: The University has almost every facilities like good labs, classrooms. It also has a central library which also has access to online library. The college has 3 Wi-Fi which the students can use and also the computer labs are connected through LAN. Being a hosteler, I can say that I have lived the best 4 years. The seniors were very supportive and the hostel warden was very good. The hostel also has a gym for the hostelers. The students also get chances to explore in the filed of sports as well. They have represented at national level also.
Faculty: The facilities here are knowledgeable and well qualified. The teaching standard is average. The curriculum is relevant but it needs to be revised more frequently. The students get training from different places who had tie-ups with the University. The training makes the student aware of the recent trends in the industry but they need to get more exposure.
Other: I loved Computers. That was the very first reason to choose Computer Science Engineering as I would get to learn a lot. We used to get online training modules from IIT Bombay. We also had tech fest in our college. Some of students also GOT scholarships on category basis.

    Admission FAQs

Q:   How many students can do B.Tech at CV Raman University?

    A:

The availability of B.Tech programs at CV Raman University for a cohort of 50 students suggests a limited class size or capacity for the program. This approach might be indicative of the university's commitment to maintaining smaller, more personalized classes, fostering a conducive learning environment, and ensuring individual attention for students pursuing B.Tech degrees.

A smaller class size can offer several advantages. It facilitates better student-teacher interaction, allows for more personalized mentoring, and promotes collaborative learning among peers. Additionally, a limited class size can contribute to a focused and engaging educational experience, enabling students to actively participate in discussions, projects, and practical sessions.

However, it's essential for prospective B.Tech students to consider their own preferences and learning styles when evaluating the significance of class size. Some individuals thrive in smaller settings, while others prefer larger academic environments.

For those aspiring to enroll in B.Tech programs at CV Raman University, understanding the implications of the limited class size is crucial. It's advisable to inquire about the university's specific approach to education, the faculty-student ratio, and any unique benefits associated with the smaller class structure.

While a class size of 50 students suggests an intimate learning community, students should also explore other aspects of the B.Tech program, such as curriculum, faculty expertise, industry connections, and placement opportunities, to make an informed decision about their academic journey at CV Raman University. As class sizes can impact the overall learning experience, students are encouraged to weigh this factor alongside other considerations when choosing the right educational institution for their B.Tech studies.
