DHSGSU PGET 2022 first allotment will be released online. Candidates can check their name for admission to various programmes. Candidates who secured DHSGSU PGET cut off score are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The details of the counselling and admission procedure, category-wise cut-off list, schedule and dates, is being put on the University website from time to time. During DHSGSU counselling, seats will be allocated on the spot after taking into account the number of available seats and the merit of candidates.

Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya has announced the first provisional list for admission to the academic year 2022-22. Candidates can check the first allotment list by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the official website- dhsgsu.ac.in

Step 2- Screen will now display the PDF file

Step 3- The file will mention the name of the shortlisted candidates for various programmes

Step 4- Candidates can sear for their name by pressing 'Ctlrl+F' and name

Steps to edit uploaded documents of DHSGSU PGET Counselling

Step 1- Visit the official website- dhsgsu.ac.in

Step 2- Enter the login credentials:

  • User name
  • Password

Step 3- Enter the captcha

Step 4- Screen will now display the candidate's information

Step 5- Candidates can now edit the uploaded documents.

How to Download DHSGSU PGET 2022 Counselling Letter?

The candidate will have to download the counselling letter and bring it at the time of counselling:

  • Visit the official website of Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya
  • Navigate to the Result section
  • Enter your login credentials
  • DHSGSU PGET Counselling Letter will appear on the screen
  • Check the details
  • Download and take a print out

DHSGSU PGET 2022 Counselling: Important Points

  • The details of the counselling and admission procedure, category-wise cut-off list, schedule and dates, will be put on the University website from time to time
  • A candidate having supplementary/backlog/ATKT in any of the annual/semester examinations at the time of counselling shall not be considered eligible
    for admission.
  • Second counselling will be held only on the availability of vacant seats in the respective departments
  • The last date of admission shall be the last date of second counselling
  • No fee shall be refunded where the admission is taken in the special counselling, if any
  • The admission process will begin soon after the declaration of DHSGSU PGET results
  • To secure seats, candidates need to pay the required fee within the prescribed date else their admission will be cancelled
  • Candidates will be offered to the various programmes based on their eligibility, merit position in the entrance test and availability of seats

DHSGSU PGET 2022 Counselling: Documents Required

The candidate needs to submit the following documents at the time of counselling:

  • Counselling Letter and Application Form
  • Original Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate
  • Mark-sheet of Class 12 (DoB proof)
  • Original mark sheet of the qualifying examination
  • Evidence of appearing in qualifying exams (in case result is awaited)
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)
  • Income Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ UR-EWS
  • Certificate of Physically Challenged, Defence personnel/ Ex-serviceman, NCC & NSS certificate (if applicable)
  • Four Passport size photographs.
  • Self Attested photocopies of all the documents
  • Self-signed declaration regarding gap instead of notary affidavit

Fees Refund and Withdrawal of Admission

As per UGC notification pertaining to remittance and refund of fees, if a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is admitted will be entitled to the refund of fees remitted by him/her as follows:-

100 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
90  Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
80 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission
50 30 days or less but more than 15 days, after formally notified last date of admission
00 More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission

Note: The date of submission of an application for the refund of fees by hand or the date of dispatch by post by the student to the Office of the concerned Head/Dean of the Department/school shall be counted as the crucial date for refunding the fees.
