Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya will release DHSGSU 2022 counselling schedule and cut off marks. DHSGSU UGET counselling registration will open tentatively from first week of December. The allocation of seats was done on the spot as per the seats available in the subject group according to merit. The details of the counselling and admission procedure, category-wise cut-off list, schedule and dates, will be put on the University website.

Steps to Download DHSGSU UGET 2022 Merit List

Step 1- Visit the official website- Click here (Will be available when authorities will release)

Step 2- Screen will now display the PDF file

Step 3- The file will mention the name of the shortlisted candidates for various programmes

Step 4- Candidates can sear for their name by pressing 'Ctlrl+F' and name

How to Download DHSGSU UGET 2022 Counselling Letter?

The candidates will have to download the counselling letter and bring it at the time of counselling:

  • Visit the official website of Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya
  • Navigate to the Result section
  • Enter your login credentials
  • DHSGSU UGET Counselling Letter will appear on the screen
  • Check the details
  • Download and take a printout

Documents to be submitted at the time of DHSGSU UGET counselling

At the time of counselling, the candidate needs to submit the following documents:

  • Counselling Letter and Application Form
  • Original Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate
  • Mark-sheet of 10th class (DoB proof
  • Original mark sheet of qualifying examination
  • Evidence of appearing in qualifying exams (in case result is awaited)
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)
  • Income Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ UR-EWS
  • Certificate of Physically Challenged, Defence personnel/ Ex-serviceman, NCC & NSS certificate (if applicable)
  • Four Passport size photographs.
  • Self-Attested photocopies of all the documents
  • Self-signed declaration regarding gap instead of notary affidavit
