DTU MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2024
DTU MTech is a two year PG programme. It is offered in full-time mode as well as in part-time mode. The programme is offered across 25 specialisations and is offered through 11 departments, namely Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Industrial Biotechnology, Civil Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering, among others. DTU MTech admission is subject to a valid score in the GATE exam.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A pass in relevant UG degree with at least 60% aggregate
- Those in the final year of their UG degree can also apply
- Those with AMIE/ AMIS/ AMIICHE/ AMIIM/ Grad IETE or those who possess a BSc/ Diploma in Engineering are also eligible

The total tuition fee for M.Tech ranges between INR 2.1 Lacs and INR 3.1 lakh. This fee, however, is sourced from unofficial sources. Hence is indicative. DTU MTech Admission 2024: How to Apply?
Candidates seeking DTU MTech course admission must apply online on the online admission portal of the university, i.e., http://admission.dtu.ac.in/. A step-by-step process is as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official website and register.
Step 2: Fill in the complete application form and upload the photograph as per the instructions available in the form.
Step 3: Pay the DTU MTech application fees and submit the form.
Step 4: All candidates must take a printout of the completed form after fee payment since it needs to be carried out during the final admission round. The printed form should be affixed with the same photograph which was uploaded in the online application form. The application fee is INR 1,500 for all categories.

Over 350 recruiters participated in the 2024 placements and selected more than 1,900 students. The total number of offers made was above 2,053.
