I'm not satisfied with the placements and faculty members. However, other facilities are good.
Placements: Placements for non-CS branches like mechanical, etc., are not good. Good companies do not visit here for placements. The highest salary package offered was around 7 LPA, and only one student got selected. Internships in computer science branches are good but not in mechanical.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good here. Labs are also well-equipped. Sports facilities are also good. The food quality is also good in hostel and mess. Labs are equipped with the latest computers. Labs, classrooms, library and other campus facilities are good. However, the skill set required for industry standards is provided in a proper manner.
Faculty: Hardly few faculty members are good here. There are some good faculty members, but most of the faculty members are not good. You have to study on your own. The course curriculum is not as per industry standards, and this is the reason good companies do not visit the campus.

It is a great college with awesome facilities and good placements.
Placements: Around 70%-80% of students get placed every year from here. The highest salary package offered in machine learning was around 22 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Major recruiters here were Samsung, Wipro, Axis Bank, Vodafone, HCL, Genpact, Syntel and IBM. Around 85% of students got internships from here. The top roles offered were machine learning software engineer, data scientist, AIOps engineer and cyber security analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are quite well maintained here. Wi-Fi is available almost in every place of the college. The library has all the necessary books required for students. Labs are well managed by the coordinators. The facilities were very good in the hostel. Every day new dishes were made, and the quality of food served was fair. In the canteen, almost every type of food item was available. Medical facilities were the best, from small things to big ones.
Faculty: Teachers here were very helpful and well qualified from reputed colleges and had great knowledge. Their teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are of a moderate level, and you can easily score good marks with the help of teachers' guidance. Machine learning helps you learn advanced skills to boost your career further in data analytics. The curriculum makes you ready for the industry. They make you learn data algorithms responsible for causing faults in the system and use the information to identify problems before they arise.
Other: The fest organised here was one of the best parts of the college.

My experience Mechanical GEU.
Placements: In my batch, 60% of students were placed. The he package offered was in a range of 2.5–5 LPA. UNO Mind, AVL, Ashok Leyland, Munjal Show, and Suzuki India motorcycle were top recruiters. Almost everyone got internship opportunities from college in various companies like UNODA, ASHOK LEYLAND, ROCKMAN, etc. Although most of the students got unpaid internship. The top roles offered were design engineer, production engineer, quality control officer, industrial engineer and Purchase.
Infrastructure: GEU has a good infrastructure but it mainly focuses and spends its resources on CS IT departments; all other departments feel outdated and lack updates. The quality of food in hostels was good for three meals and evening snacks but the hostels were mediocre in terms of infrastructure and hygiene. Sports facilities were available for both indoor and outdoor sports and a gym was also provided.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and some of the faculty members had done Masters from IIT and teachers were somewhat helpful, depending on the person. The study curriculum was relevant but it lacked a few important things and it did not make the student industry ready. The exams were on the easy side and 35% were passing criteria.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because of my keen interest in machines from childhood. I also wanted to know how different things work. My college should spend more resources on the mechanical department, as it is not being updated due to the college's focus on the CS and IT branches. There were a lot of events and competitions throughout the year, and FEAT was celebrated every year with a different celebrity guest.

Review of Graphic Era University.
Placements: The chances for placements from college are high if you are an IT or CS student. Wipro and Infosys came here in 2015 for recruitment, who preferred EC after IT and CS students. We have to manage on own to get internships. However, for IT/CS students, it was easy.
Infrastructure: The building is well maintained, and every department has its own building. Wi-Fi only works in computer labs. Faculty members are very good and helpful. You can approach them anytime you want. The campus has a positive atmosphere. The canteen offers takeaway, but the food quality is very good. Medical facilities are available at the entrance every time. Sports and games are something that anyone can join and play, but only when available, it's not an everyday thing.
Faculty: The faculty members are awesome and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is not compromised. The course is the same, with no changes. The course is not updated as per new technologies. Semester exams are normal and can be cleared easily. At our time, we needed 45% of marks to clear the exams.
Other: I did choose this course as the college reputation for placements was awesome back in 2011. However, by 2015, everything has changed. You can prefer it if you want IT or CS. Now, the college fee is doubled as compared to 2011-15, so you should take a look at other universities as well. Surrounding is awesome. Connectivity via local transport is good.

This is a good collage providing all the basic needs.
Placements: Placements are average for our department. While companies do come on campus for placements, you really need to work hard to stand out from the other students and get a good package. The admissions in the mechanical department are low, with only 30-50 students combined from the hill and deemed universities. In contrast, the CS department has 1500 students in the first year. Companies like Suzuki, Volvo, and L&T come to campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The machines are well-maintained and in good working order, and the workstations are up to date with i7 processors. If we have the drive and determination, you can really succeed here.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are knowledgeable and provide quality education. The curriculum is somewhat old-fashioned, but it is what it is, and this curriculum is being followed throughout the country, so we can't say anything about it. Attendance is 75%, which is very high, and exams are conducted in a good manner.
