The life at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidhyalaya.

Placements: I got a job offer from Infosys in my final semester, but I have to say the student placement department is very poor in this university. Only 3 students including me got a job offer among more than 150 aspirants. So, regarding placement or campus selection, this has to improve a lot.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best in class you can find. My physics department is the best in Guru Ghasidas Vishwa Vidyalaya. There is a huge canteen. Another canteen work was in progress when I was in my graduation, and it must have been completed now. But regarding infrastructure, it is really great, and the hostel is also very good.

Faculty: The faculty and courses curriculum is the highlight of this university as the staffs, and the professors are very supportive. This university follows the semester pattern examinations, so it is very useful for the students as it gives a huge scope for getting a higher percentage in the examination.

Faculty and also placements are good.

Placements: Placements are offered only for maths honours students. Many companies offer them a salary ranging between Rs. 20,000-40,000 per month and it is satisfied after B.Sc degree. But they will ask many types of questions in the interview, and they will select based on students capability, not by their percentage.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good, and it is avialable 24x7 with a good network. Our physics lab is the best, and it is maintained clean, and I would rate 10 out of 10. Classrooms are very good. There is a central library where all kind of books is available. Medical facilities are very good. The canteen offers food at an affordable price.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They will co-operate with us. Even after the comp[letion of the course, they will help us solve our problems and provides the right solution. They use simple teaching methods.
