I'm absolutely satisfied with good placements and cooperative nature of faculty members.

Placements: The college provides 100% placement for the students of oil technology. Multinational companies like Archer Daniels Midlands, Louis Dreyfus, Adani Wilmar, Emami Agrotech, Gemini visited the college for placements, and the students are offered engineer roles. Placements for the students of other branches are also very good.

The motto of our college is Shramah Avyam Param Tapam.

Placements: I am from Kanpur and HBTI is a glorious institute. In 2016, HBTI became HBTU, and recently our honourable Chief Minister Yogi ji visited our campus and said that the alumni of HBTU are all over the world and we have signed MOU with IIT Kanpur in helping for project and research. The infrastructure is not good, but the institute has very nice placement stats in every branch. The professors of HBTU are very cooperative, and I can guarantee you that after completing B.Tech from HBTU, students have ...

Very good and supportive faculty. Infrastructure is average, placements were good.

Placements: Placements are very good in my college. You can expect this from a government college. In chemical branch, the average package is between 6-7 lakhs. This year, the lowest package offered was 6.5 lakhs and the highest package was 9.2 lakhs. In chemical engineering, every student gets the internship from the college. I'm not sure about the lowest and the highest stipend but one of my seniors got the stipend of 30,000 INR.

Placements: In paint branch, placement is good especially automotive sector takes the lead including companies like Hero, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, GM, TATA Motors and many more. Core companies like Asian, PPG, Indigo, Nerolac, Valspar etc. also visit generally. As the branch is unique in India so if you use your knowledge wisely you can succeed like anyone else. Satisfied with placement and faculty. The infrastucture needs a lot of development.

Placements: Currently, our placement session is going on. Till now, 18 out of 53 eligible students are placed in phase 1 of the season. 10 more companies are left which will visit the campus in 1 or 2 months. Most of these are core companies. 1 student has got the PPO from Exxon Mobil. Looking at the placements scenario of this year, I think 70-75% will get placed in the end of the 8th semester with an average CTC of 8.1 lacs.

In my senior batch, the highest package till now is INR 9 LPA, while the average is more than INR 6.5 LPA and the lowest being INR 4.5 LPA. Till now, nearly 60 percent of the senior batch have been placed. Major recruiters of my college are Infosys, Accenture, TCS, etc. Students generally take internships from their own source.
