A good college to pursue a degree.

Placements: Placement is not good in our college. Students should apply themselves to companies, as no companies come for campus placement. Our college only provides internships for law students to learn and develop skills under reputed law firms. If anybody just wants to pursue the degree, they can take admission.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor. Old classrooms and labs are present. This college is run by the state government, so poor quality of infrastructure is provided. No Wi-Fi facility is available. A big library is provided for students. Better facilities are provided for sports athletes.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and knowledgeable; they help students secure better placements in big firms. The course curriculum is good and competitive. Semester exams are very difficult. To achieve a good percentage, students should study extensively throughout the semester. The passing criteria are 40 percent in each semester.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Around 65% of students got placed in our college.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. All labs are maintained during the time of practical. Our college has a good building.

Faculty: All faculty members are very good and helpful. They are talented and highly qualified. They are Ph.D. holders. They are cooperative. Exams are very easy for students who are good at studying.

Other: Our college is good. It does not give priority to extracurricular activities. The campus needs renovation.

Review of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University [HNBGU].

Placements: The placement ratio is very bad in this college, especially for LL.B. and other professional degrees. Even the placements are not frequently offered to the students, and the plays that the company or other organisation offers to the students are not up to the mark.

Infrastructure: Internet facilities are provided to the students; even computer labs are not that much available for the students, but it is given to the students in the library only. In most of the departments, the student-teacher ratio is not up to mark; they are less as compared to other colleges.

Faculty: If I say in a simple statement, it is okay. Faculty and curriculum are not that good for the students, which is provided here in this college. Exam duration is also not on time; it is being taken before the semester-ending period, like before completing 6 months of the exams, and the copy evaluation is not good here.

It is the best government college to do graduation.

Placements: It is a government college with a less fee structure. I ended up doing a bachelor of law. It is a good college. I want to get a government job in the law section. It is the best college for doing graduation. I suggest you take admission to this college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, but it does not have a full speed. Departments are well located. There are many departments like chemistry, Hindi, LL.B, Physics, and social studies. There is a cricket ground in the college. Labs are well developed and well furnished. All equipment is available here. Our college provides good facilities.

Faculty: All teachers in our college are highly qualified professionals. They all are highly knowledgeable. They are very polite and good at any topic. Exams are conducted by Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. Exams are a bit difficult and easy sometimes. Teachers complete the course before the exams. It is the best government college in Dehradun. I am satisfied with the teachers.

Other: The campus surroundings are very good. It is located at Karanpur Road, which is very famous for colleges and coaching classes. There are scholarships for inspiring students, SC and ST students.
