HNBGU BTech Courses & Fees 2024: Eligibility & Selection, CUET, Application Process

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 registration will commence in the first week of February 2025. NTA will release the CUET 2025 notification. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.

Effectiveness of the Placement Cell for B.E./B.Tech Courses at HNBGU

CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted tentatively in third week of May 2025. The mode of examination will be CBT (Cmputer Based Test). NTA will release the official notification for CUET UG exam date before the release of notification. Candidates will be able to know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2025 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates will know the exact CUET UG exam on release of the hall ticket. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The exam will be held in two to three slots each day depending upon the subject combinations chosen by the candidate.

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) requires a minimum of 45% marks in the 10+2 or equivalent for the General Category. For SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), the minimum is 40%. The steps to apply for admission are:

1. To apply for the BTech course, candidates must appear for the CUET-UG entrance test, conducted by NTA.

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 exam date session 1. The session 1 exam will be conducted on January 22, 23, 24 28 and 29, 2025 for Paper 1. For Paper 2, the exam date is January 30, 2025. JEE Main 2025 session 2 will be held from April 1 to 8, 2025. NTA has ended JEE Main 2025 session 1 registration. JEE Main Application form 2025 session 1 was available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
