Feet management, Pacific Basin, Nyk, Scorpio, Great Eastern, Chellaram Shipping, and M.Sc. are frequent visitors to the college. Almost 80–90% of the batch gets placement.

Placements: About 60% of students got placed. The top 50 surely get placed. Companies that visit are here world-renowned. Some companies that visit are NYK, Anglo, Fleet, Pacific Basin, Shell, Home, M.Sc. Scorpio, BSM, Torm, MOL, OSM, Science, Chevron and many more. Due to recession and automation in the industry, the demand for engineers has rapidly decreased.
