Jamia Hamdard Nursing 2021 Eligibility
The Jamia Hamdard School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (Rufaida College of Nursing) offers two programmes at the undergraduate level, Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (Rufaida College of Nursing). The eligibility criteria for both programmes are different.
Eligibility criteria for BSc (Hons) Nursing
- The candidate should be 17 years of age as on or before 31 December 2020, according to the Indian Nursing Counselling (INC)
- The candidate should have cleared class 12 exams by securing at least 45% marks in aggregate, having Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects from Central Board of Secondary Education or from any other recognised board listed by the Jamia Hamdard University.
- The candidate should possess skills to communicate well in English
- The candidate should be medically fit
The BSc Nursing programme is a two-year programme and Jamia Hamdard offers 60 seats in this programme. Out of the 60 seats, 20 seats are for the General category and 40 seats are reserved under Self Financing Scheme (SFS) category.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Basic BSc Nursing:
- The candidate should possess Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) from any institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Either the DGNM or the candidate should have passed class12 from the Central n Board of Secondary Education or from any other recognized board listed by the Jamia Hamdard University.
- The candidate should be registered as RN (Registered Nurse) and RM (Registered Midwife) from the State Nursing Council
- The candidate should possess skills to communicate well in English
- The candidate should be medically fit
Jamia Hamdard Nursing 2021 Application Forms
Jamia Hamdard pharmacy registrations and applications are expected to start somewhere in the month of April 2021 (tentatively). Candidates have to register themselves first by creating their ID on the official website of Jamia Hamdard by providing details such as Name, Email (for future communications), Mobile number (to verify the user by sending OTP) and a Password created according to the website requirements. Candidates have to mention their state and city of residence. The applicants have to type the captcha provided before clicking the ‘registered’ button. After the candidate gets registered, he/she will receive a confirmation mail on his/her registered e-mail ID and an SMS on the registered mobile number. Along with the confirmation mail and SMS, the candidates will receive a link that will be redirected to the webpage, allowing them to activate the application process.
Steps to follow While Filling the Jamia Hamdard Application Form
- Choose the desired program, candidates will be able to see a list of available courses by which the candidates can apply for Jamia Hamdard. Candidates have to select the course type from the list.
- Candidates have to choose from the options if they are applying as an Indian national or as a Foreign/NRI/Sponsored candidate.
- Candidates have to fill the type of applicant they are such as NEET-UG or Non-NEET aspirant
- Post the selection of preferences, candidates can fill the application form for the course they had selected. Candidates have to fill in the mandatory information and details in each section. Field marked with * is mandatory to fill.
Jamia Hamdard Nursing Application Fee Payment
After completing the application form filling process, the candidates have to submit the Jamia Hamdard Application fee to conclude the process completely. Jamia Hamdard had set an amount of Rs 1500 as the application fee for all programmes and categories. Candidates can pay the application fee by using net banking/credit card/debit card facilities. Candidates are advised to keep a printout of the application form with them for future reference. Jamia Hamdard does not guarantee that the candidate is eligible to appear for examination only after filling the application form, the application will be considered incomplete until the candidate submits the application fee. Also, no admit card will be issued if the candidate fails to pay the application fee.
Jamia Hamdard Nursing 2021 Admit Card
Jamia Hamdard will release the admit card cum interview call letter in and around the second week of July 2021 (tentatively). Candidates have to check the website time and again to download their admit cards cum interview letter. Jamia Hamdard also sends the admit card cum interview letter to all the candidates via post. If in case the interview letter is not delivered via post candidates can download the same by visiting the official site. Candidates have to log in to their university account by using their mail ID and the password they had created during the registrations. Jamia Hamdard Nursing 2021 Admit cards are mandatory and in case any candidate fails to produce the admit card at the day of the exam, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Jamia Hamdard Nursing 2021 Result
Jamia Hamdard University will declare the result cum merit list for BSc (Hons.) Nursing and Post Basic BSc Nursing in the second week of June 2021 (tentatively). Candidates can check their Jmaia Hamdard Nursing 2021 result by logging in to their accounts on the official website of Jamia Hamdard. Candidates have to click on the Results tab in the notification section and then they have to select their course level, undergraduate or diploma, and then the programme which is BSc (Hons) Nursing and Post Basic BSc Nursing. The result will be based on the basis of the merit list. Candidates are advised to keep checking the website and SMS notifications e-mails as Jamia Hamdard releases multiple lists of the shortlisted candidates.
