Placements in 2014 were average.

Placements: The placements are good. Many reputed companies like Infosys, Amazon and AWS visit the campus for placements. Infosys recruits many students every year. The placements are conducted in collaboration with JIIT Noida. Students have to go to Noida for the final interview.

Satisfied because of infrastructure, environment and placements.

Placements: Placements for this year as well as the senior batch were good. This year, almost all CS branch students got placed with an average salary package of 3.6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 11 LPA. The college does have a placement cell. It is a great advantage due to which placement rate got increased. They provide guidelines related to placements.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty of the civil branch.

Placements: The current scenario of placements is good in all branches. Companies related to all the branches are visiting the campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was 28 LPA by Amazon. Even the companies related to the civil engineering department are also visiting the campus for placements. The placement status is also updated on the website of JUIT.

The university is great in all aspects, but the dispensary is not good sometimes.

Placements: Placements for the computer science department are outstanding for the current session (2018-19). Every student has got an offer, and many students have more than 1 offer. The average package offered is around 4 LPA. The architecture of the placement cell is great. On being asked by companies, condensed semester is offered to the students who are willing to go for it. Placements are guaranteed for the department.

JUIT has really good faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are what every Jaypee college boasts of. Placements were quite good this year also. We got the highest salary package of 33 LPA, which was offered by Adobe, and the average package being around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The placement stats are 100%. The placement cell of the college works very hard for the students of the fourth year to provide them with every kind of support they need.

My 4 years experience at Jaypee University of Information Technology.

Placements: Placements in the college have improved significantly when compared to the 2014-18 batch's placements. About 166 students got placed from that batch. More than 210 students got placed from the current batch with a semester to spare. As of yet, the highest salary package offered is around 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Reputed companies like Amazon, AWS, and SAP Labs visited the campus and hired a couple of students. Other companies like Code Nation offered a salar...

I am satisfied with the placement activities but dissatisfied because of some faculty in 2018.

Placements: Talking about the placements of the college, if a student is talented, then there are 100 companies waiting for him/her on campus. From the starting of our fourth year, we are receiving emails from our college for registering with the companies. They will consider certain criteria for students attending the placements.

The college has a good infrastructure, but the placements and faculty members are average.

Placements: The highest salary package of 25 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3.2 LPA were offered in the campus placement drives. Over the years, the placements have seen a downfall, but this year we have witnessed a large number of placement opportunities from the mass recruiters. The college generally does not allow the off-campus placements.

Really beautiful campus with well-equipped labs and classrooms.

Placements: I am in my final year and placement sessions are going good. We are having more companies this time offering packages upto 7 Lacs. Our placement cell is quite active this time and is trying to bring more core companies for every field. They are also bringing non technical companies and this time the amount and the quality of jobs offered is quite high.

I'm dissatisfied with the campus crowd. There are no extracurricular activities.

Placements: Recently, a placement cell is formed in our college, and the teachers indulge students in it. They are working hard for providing placements for students. Many companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Nestle, etc, visited our college to offer placement. Until now, not many students got the internship from college.

Impressed with the infrastructure, but the placements and exposure are mediocre.

Placements: The placements for our batch have been decent till now. Approximately 180 students were placed until September. The placements have improved when compared with the placements of the previous year (2017-2018). The average salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Well-reputed IT giants and startups visit our campus. None of the students got internships from our college.

The infrastructure and placements are really good.

Placements: Placements in the college were very good. More than 100 companies including mass recruiters from various fields visited the campus to recruit students. Some companies even visited the college to hire students for very specific roles. I was happy that some companies were even offering front-end customer-facing roles.

Review of Jaypee University Of Information Technology, Solan.

Placements: Placements of each batch depend on JIIT, Noida. Students have to go to JIIT, every year, as companies visit JIIT campus. Obviously, JIIT students get preference, which can lead to a lot of discrimination. The last batch was offered a minimum package of 3.2 LPA, and the highest package of 27 LPA was offered. A new placement body has been started in our college, from this year, their work seems good enough. Placements are still in progress. Students have to find the internships on their own.

An average college with decent placements.

Placements: The university offers decent placements. In the current session till October first week, about 8-10 firms have visited the campus for hiring the students and around 10-20 students have been placed, while a few others have received PPOs from various firms such as Infosys.

The infrastructure of the college is good.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Since the placements are held combinedly for JIIT, JUIT, JUET and Jaypee Anoopshahr, more importance is given to JIIT, being the host. Most of the students get placed in mass recruiting companies like Infosys and Cognizant. Placements for the students of CSE ECE and IT are provided in IT companies.

It is an institution for higher education and professional courses.

Placements: Before taking admissions in professional courses, we look into placements. There are zero core placements for the ECE department. But if you are hard working and have knowledge of programming, then you will get placement in good companies. Don't wait for core placements in ECE.

It's one of the best mid tier college in the country.

Placements: All the mass recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant and Wipro comes in day 1. Companies like SAP, practo, grofers, polaris, Ericsson also visits campus. University provides ample opportunity for the jobs. Only bad thing about placement is that you have to go to the Noida for the interviews.

Good curriculum and good facilities.

Placements: The placements of our senior batch were better than our batch. Many companies come to recruit students of Computer Science but not many come for Electronics and Communications students. So, the average package for ECE students was 3.5LPA and that of CS was 5LPA. The students are supposed to find internships off campus before their third year starts. Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, EY, Ericsson, Cognizant, Infosys etc. Come to recruit from Jaypee.

All about JUIT I experienced.

Placements: The graph of placements verses years is getting down, as companies are reluctant to hire more freshers, but if you are bright and come under the creamy layer of advance coders you will surely get good package, but if you are not that much good you are not gonna get placed. Placements of civil and electronics students is very low compared to CSE students.

One of the most beautiful campuses in India.

Placements: The placements are good with increasing packages every year. We got Accenture, Infosys, HCL visiting the campus as mass recruiters offering packages of around 3.6 LPA and Amazon with the highest package of around 10 LPA but recruited only a few students.
