Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.
Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.

College has good faculty.
Placements: Some of top recruiting companies for campus recruitment are IBM, Cognizant, Zoho, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, TCS, Wipro, and HCL. Top roles like data engineers, testers, and developers are offered to the students. There are different approaches to getting admitted into undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes at Kalasalingam University.
Infrastructure: The Deemed to be University sporting facilities include an athletic track, a basketball courts, a tennis courts and a football ground. Campus is Wi-Fi enabled and available with a SunFire 4800 enterprise server, a SunFire T1000 server, six IBM Blade servers, four Wipro rack servers, six desktop servers (from HP and HCL), and nine TB of storage for the computing and storage needs of the faculty and students. Central server farm includes file servers, a database server, a mail server, a web server, a backup server, a proxy server, and an e-learning server.
Faculty: The academic year is divided into two semesters named as even and odd. Each semester has three internal exams and one final exams (semester exams) for all theory subjects. Generally, semester exam questions are from Anna University. Laboratory courses usually have two internal exams followed by a final exam. Most of the exams are theoretical, similar to those at other engineering colleges in India. It follows the choice based credit system.
Other: In our college, there is an extensive collection of academic volumes and titles. There are popular periodicals. National and international journals are available. Supplementary digital resources like CD-Rooms and audio cassette equivalents are provided by college.

Placement are not very good but the facilities are good.
Placements: Lots of companies came but they were not related to my core subject. The salary package was good that varies from 2 Lacs to 5 Lacs per annum. Many were selected and they received their offer letter but it was not satisfactory. Internship will be your choice of interest and won't be college's decision.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome and there's a big playground, library, smart classrooms, big labs etc. The library is open to all and you can borrow books too. There's hostel for both girls and boys. The food in the hostel is good and it comes with option if you wanted to be a vegetarian.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and helpful. They teach well and use smart classes too. All the teachers have doctorate in their specific field. They are open to doubts and give good guidance. There is not much of a practical session.
Other: I was interested so I took this course. All the festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Everyone can take part in these programs. Scholarship is applied from college and students with good scores are taken to some reduction.

It is easy to pass all the exams.
Placements: The numbers of placements which are available are good. The salary package is awesome. Product based companies recruit the students. Core placements are available. The companies give the call letters to the students who got placed. Project-based companies also recruit the students.
Infrastructure: The climate in the college is very nice. The labs are modern and advanced. The faculty are very friendly and co-curricular actives are very nice. The classrooms are well-furnished. Hi-tech facilities are available. Wi-Fi is enabled on the campus. The eco-friendly environment is available. The structure of the campus department is good.
Faculty: Faculty are very friend, and they have good communication skills. Highly qualified faculty are available, and their teaching skills are awesome. The faculty also help with your personal problems and in studies. You can take personal advice from them. PhD faculty are available. They follow the course curriculum.
Other: The college is nice and friendly environment is available. We can enjoy the campus and games. Strict rules are available, and college functions are very good. Cultural programs are good. The environment is very nice, and we can make good friends.

Dear Mr. Vishnudev,
If you have a minimum of 60% in PCM, then you are eligible to apply. The department of Automobile Engineering has very good industry links and has established Labs with support form industries like TAFE, Ford and Bosch. It has produced mere 100% placements in top notch companies
