To get into Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Engineering student must receive a passing grade in Higher Secondary (+2 or Intermediate) from the State Board, CBSE Matriculation, or any other Board of Education recognised by the State and Central Governments, with a PCM/BPC average of at least 50%. Numerous streams are available. There is an entrance exam which you can scholarship up to 80%. There are other modes of joining on basis of state board marks based and JEE Mains entrance exam.

The total tuition fees of BTech ranges between INR 4 Lacs to INR 7.4 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. Kalasalingam University offers admission to UG, PG and PhD courses based on entrance exam as per respective courses. Candidates must start by applying for the course of their choice. Further, the university evaluates the performance of the candidates and their applications for Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education course admissions. CUET UG exam is to be conducted between May 15, 2024 and May 31, 2024, as you mark your calendar for this arising possibility.

The eligibility criteria is different for different courses in Kalasalingam University.

In most of the engineering and Science courses in Kalasalingam University for BSc, it's required to score at least 50% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam from any state or central board.

For Bcom, at least 35% marks are required only.

National Testing conducts CUET UG exam annually. Candidadates who will register for CUET 2025 exam will have to report at the alloted exam centre on given date and time, failing which such candidates will not be able to appear for the exam again in the current academic year. CUET 2025 will be a Computer Based Test. CUET exam for each subject will be scheduled in multiple sessions depending upon the number of registrations recieved for each subject.

National Testing Agency will commence the CUET 2025 registration in first week of February 2025. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2025. The last date for CUET 2025 registration is expected to be in first week of April 2025. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2025 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
