The exam is a gateway for admissions to various management schools across the state of Kerala.

CEE also conducts various other entrance exams also for admission to various universities and institutes in the state of Kerala such as Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical exam (KEAM) which is conducted for admission to engineering courses at various colleges in Kerela that are approved by the Central and State Regulatory Bodies. CEE also conducts entrance exams for courses such as BTech, BArch, BPharma, MSc, LLB, LLM, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, PGA, PGM, etc.

KMAT Kerala 2025 Marking Scheme and Sectional Weightage

Take a look at the marking scheme for KMAT Kerala 2025 below:

  • For each question, four marks are allotted in case of correct attempts

  • In case of wrong attempts, one mark is deducted for each incorrect response marked

  • No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not attempted

There is no restriction in solving the questions. The candidates can start with the section of his/her choice and solve the question paper in the sequence they find most convenient. They must time themselves well to avoid a last-minute scramble. The candidates are advised to reach the exam centre an hour before the exam and not carry any electronic gadgets such as a calculator, mobile phone, IPad, etc.

Q:   Is the KMAT Kerala exam conducted in two shifts?

No, the KMAT Kerala exam will be conducted only in single shift. The exam has always been conducted in one shift on a single day. KMAT Kerala exam pattern has not changed much since past few years. KMAT Kerala exam will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. The exam is however, conducted twice in a year. The first session exam was conducted on March 3, 2024. The second session exam will likely be conducted in the month of August 2024.
