The selection procedure through KMAT Kerala basically includes the following steps:

1. KMAT Kerala exam: The first stage is the KMAT Kerala exam itself. It is a computer-based test that assesses a candidate's aptitude and proficiency in areas such as Quantitative Aptitude (QA), General Knowledge (GK), Logical Reasoning (LR) and English Usage and Reading Comprehension (VARC).
